They had it for one day and called to say that the fan was dirty and that I didn't need a new one so they cleaned the fan. That is all fine but they did nothing else for the $100. I would have expected them to at least clean the screen, dust off the keyboard etc. They need some flexibility in their pricing in order to make it fair.
