We started with the arancini so good also with a mixed salad and a ceaser. You can definitely share the salads. Also we got the whipped feta, so good! For meals we got the filet mignon, Alfredo, chicken piccata, bolognese, chicken parmigiana and branzino. Every dish was delicious. This was our first time here, and our friends suggested to come check it out. Walking in, I immediately loved the decor. The place is very elegant and spacious. They have a neon sign and a beautiful feather chandelier near the front, both perfect spots for pictures! We came here on a Sunday evening right before Happy Hour ended, literally about 10 minutes before cutoff. Everyone here was super nice, especially Kayla, our server. Since we made it just in time, we decided to go all in and order almost everything from the Happy Hour menu, and 4 glasses of wine. To our surprise, the dishes were not small Happy Hour portions at all. The servings were actually really generous, and everything we tried was delicious. We ordered the Bolognese Fries, EVO Meatballs, Arancini, Whipped Feta, Old Town Burger, Margherita Pizza, and Pomodoro. We enjoyed everything, but the Arancini was definitely our favorite. Went to this EVO location for a birthday dinner and had an excellent experience from start to finish! The atmosphere of the place was great, with dim lighting with a low-key, elegant (but not too elegant!) vibe to it. The staff was incredibly friendly and prompt, and they went the extra mile by bringing out a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend their tiramisu! For dinner, I ordered the chicken piccata, and it was fantastic. While I've been to the Old Town location before, this was my first time at this location, and it definitely did not disappoint. Came by on a Monday evening at 6pm. We had reservations, but there were plenty of tables available. Was promptly seated by the hostess, however, it took quite awhile (15 mins) for our waiter to come take our order. Once he did stop by, the service was good thereafter. Modern and upscale decor and lighting made for a nice vibe. The menu had numerous good options to choose from. Luckily, we made it before the end of happy hour so we were able to snag a few items off that menu as well. We ordered way too much and our appetizers barely fit on the table. Our favorites were the Arancini, Bruschetta Trio, Charred Octopus, and the Whipped Feta Dip. Our Mains were the Lobster Gnocchi and the Chicken Alfredo. Both were decent, but I would place the Lobster Gnocchi slightly higher on taste. Overall, a good meal and good drinks. Wouldn't hesitate to come back for another run. read more

I want to try this restaurant because I was craving pasta out of town. I was excited to try the whipped feta since the waiter told me it was a popular dish. I did enjoy it with the bread, but the apple slices were a bit brown when the dish made it to the table. The lobster and shrimp tortellini was delicious. The sauce was very creamy and I could definitely taste the lobster pieces. I ended the meal with the butter cake. I don't think it needed the fruit garnish, but the cake was amazing and everything I expect for butter cake. Great end to the meal! read more

The meal was solid ,but at first service was slow starting. The waiter was really nice. We asked what the specials were and 20 minutes later were told they were already sold out of all specials. They only Opened 30 minutes ago so tha was disappointing. Appetizers we had the meatballs , bread service and frito misto. Went to EVO on Monday during happy hour (4-6pm). Ambiance is good, felt a little dark though. But that does give a good feel. Being a vegetarian my choices are limited in the happy hour menu. So ordered whipped feta dip, margherita pizza, arancini and butter cake. I noticed almost everyone who is in the restaurant is trying the feta dip. Bobby the manager was very obnoxious and rude. From the moment we walked into the lobby, he was smug and we could overhear him berating the hostess and server at the hostess stand. I had a small redbull can, which I would have finished outside or thrown away on my own if asked, but Bobby ripped it from my hand aggressively and without warning shouting "I'll take that!" This put a bad taste in our mouth even before the meal began. The food was great but the manager was miserable and it seemed his staff couldn't stand him either. It's disappointing to see a potentially amazing restaurant experience ruined by a manager abusing his power toward staff and guests. read more

I really hate to write horrible reviews but sometimes you have to. We had not really had this one on our list to try but after driving by a couple of times seeing they were busy we looked at the menu online and thought we would give it a try. I made an Open Table reservation for 4:30 on Friday and we arrived a few minutes before. We both got dressed up for the holidays and were looking forward to dinner. When we walked in, the host walked in from behind us. We gave him our name . There were maybe 4 people at the bar , two in a booth in the bar and two people at a table in the main dining room. While walking we tell him it's our first time here. He led us to a tiny two top near a pony wall. My wife and I want to try a bunch of things and the table was small and he didn't offer solution except to say we could take a folding menu of some sort off the table. Then before he left us he pushed the table close to the 1/2 wall and told is the table was wobbly and this was the best way to stabilize it. I asked if we could just have a booth in the bar and he said they were spoken for. Offered no solution otherwise. When he walked away a server came up and we could feel the table was still wobbly. The whole place was empty and asked for a nicer table. She said she would speak with the host...who from a distance looked back at us and they took several minutes before offering us a table outside (which we didn't want) ...then a 4 top two tables down with the caveat that we had to be done by a specific time. All insulting in an empty restaurant. We chose to leave . When leaving the empty joint I passed the host and told him we were leaving and wouldn't be back. I'm sure he didn't care. Went to our vehicle and looked on open table for somewhere else and saw that at this EVO location every 15 minutes was still available! No clue what was going on here ... We go to Capital Grill a lot for lunch and drove the short distance and walked in with no ressy. The hostess made it work in a packed resturant. She even came back to check on us. I would have given EVO a 4.5 if I could. We went here with my family to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We had all flown in earlier and were pretty hungry. Apologize in advance for the lack of pictures. Just forgot. Ambiance was great. It was a large space with comfortable seating and plenty of room. It was nicely appointed. Table dinnerware and glasses were great. Our server Jeremiah was great. He answered all of our questions and made good suggestions. We started with some cocktails. I had a gin based cocktail with lavender honey that was fantastic. We started with some appetizers including a large charcuterie board and bread service. Both were outstanding. The meat and cheese selections were very good. The fig jam was excellent. Dinner entrees ran the gamut from pasta bolognese to seafood to my filet on a bed of sautéed spinach and baby carrots. All the food was very well prepared and we had zero complaints. The value was pretty good as well considering the quality and quantity. I wish I had photos because the presentations were great. My husband and I (tried) to visit last night. First, the gentleman greeting us upon arrival was a little stand off-ish. My husband told him we made a reservation for a regular table. The place was virtually empty. We told him this was our first visit and we were going to try quite a few menu options. We were sat at a table so small it wouldn't hold more than a drink and salad. PLUS, the table wobbled horribly. When we told our waitress the table was unacceptable she approached the said gentleman, he had her seat us at a table 2 seats down with the announcement that we would have to be finished by 6. It was 4:45 at this point... we left insulted We went to Capital Grille and had a magnificent meal and service. Definitely gives date night, girls night, but can still be comfortable causal as well. We sat at the bar & had 2 amazing bartenders (Kat & Jessi). All of the bartenders were great & happy to help. It was my sister's birthday & they brought out the cutest chocolate mousse cake for her. Also the food was phenomenal. So much so that we reordered the next day the Arancini was so yummy (4/4 agreed) & the Shrimp & Lobster Tortellini was to die for. Around 6:30 on Friday I went to EVOs website to make a reservation, for a party of 8 at 8:30pm. The site showed only outside tables available. I called and talked to Marissa. I explained we were celebrating a birthday and for someone who was a regular at the restaurant. She placed me on hold a few minutes then came back and said she was able to get us in. Amazing customer service! I myself had never been to EVO and immediately noticed the decor! It is gorgeous inside and now I need a feather chandelier. Vibe is dark and classy. Would be perfect for a date night. Our table was waiting on us and our waiter was Carl. He did a great job taking care of our party the entire evening. We ordered a few appetizers for the table including the meatballs, charcuterie board and build your own bruschetta. All amazing and would reorder. I really wanted to try the whipped feta but clearly we had enough. For my main entree I had the chicken parm which comes with a side of pasta w/ Alfredo sauce. My chicken was super good. However the Alfredo sauce on the pasta seriously lacked flavor. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating my friend and I would definitely return to EVO. read more

We arrived just as happy hour was beginning on a Sunday. No problem getting a nice table. On Sunday's, they have a special; a bottle of wine is only half price. Great deal!!! The tree of use shared the meatball starter( three huge meatballs with sauce three slices of bread) and the margarita pizza, along with a bottle of Sangiovese.
