Great people with great vibes. I highly recommend them!

I had major flood damage from Hurricane Ida that completely submerged my basement and came up into…read moremy first floor. I called around to the big company Flood Remediators like ServPro and TLC but they wanted to charge me $150 for an estimate (ServPro) or didn't call me back (TLC). Neighbors that used ServPro had estimates from 30-40K. These big companies use you as a piggy bank assuming insurance will just cover everything. Well insurance penny pinches anywhere it can and for damage like this we need every penny. Joe the owner of MSI was the opposite of these big companies. He gave me a bunch of great advice before he even came out for his estimate. Was flexible, responsive and professional through the whole process. The guys he has employed were also great. Mike was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help where he could. He's even recommended a contractor I ended up going with who's done a great job so far for a fair price. At the end MSI charged half of what ServPro would have and worked with me constantly to help with insurance. They also documented everything to give me the best chance of getting what I was owed from insurance. 10/10 would recommend Joe and MSI for Flood Damage and Mold Remediation.

I was skeptical, but I'm happy to say that Joe and the MSI team were total rockstars. Before even starting the job, Joe eased my mind by answering all of my questions in a way that I could easily understand what was going to happen. He even helped me navigate how to submit the information as a claim with my insurance. When Mike and the rest of the MSI team arrived, they worked neatly, quickly and were just really nice people. I felt confident that the job was done well. Joe continued to check in with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the job. Though I hope I won't need to use them in the future, I highly recommend MSI!

I am posting this recommendation for Gilsdorf Law, LLC and for Mary Jo Gilsdorf, Esquire. Recently…read moreWCCS LLC, my consulting firm negotiated a large contract for commercial technology center development in Delaware for Program and Project Management pre-development and pre-construction services. I had a professional service agreement (PSA) that was outdated and did not, as I found out through Gilsdorf Law LLC's attention to detail, offer my firm with sufficient safeguards in more than a few areas of contract law, insurance coverage and general liability exposures. Mary Jo did an excellent job of re-crafting my firm's old Professional Services Agreement to better protect the firm. She accomplished this word-smithing of the agreement adding to its substance while not changing the style and format of the old form so that old clients would still be comfortable with my PSA agreement now in a much more robust format. Furthermore, as a result of this effort which Mary Jo conducted in an expedited yet economical manner, WCCS LLC now has a new standard PSA agreement which both old and new clients understand and accept well. Thank you to the Gilsdorf Law LLC firm and to Mary Jo for the personal, effective and efficient manner in which legal services were rendered to my firm. Basically they scammed me out of $50. They charged me a "$50 service fee", which was NOT included…read moreor disclosed in any reasonable way prior to my "checkout" online. When I noticed this and called and requested that my transaction (which occurred less than 5 min prior) be cancelled they refused to offer a refund and cancel my transaction. What was the reason I did business with these criminals, well, I have a Delaware limited partnership. I must pay taxes on this partnership. My lawyer, who helped me set up the partnership sent me a notice that these taxes were due prior to June 1st. On the notice that my lawyer sent me there were instructions that I could pay online. NO WHERE on the instructions did it mention a filing fee. I followed the instructions which stated to go to www.incnow.com/tax (in bold no less) and It gave instructions on how to pay my taxes. I did not see any fees associated with use of this site. I put in my credit card and NO WHERE did it ask if I wanted to proceed after notifying me off a $50 service fee. I clicked ok and I get a receipt saying I was charged this ridiculous fee. I called and was told: "sorry there is nothing we can do." This is nothing short of criminal fraud. They do NOT disclose this fee. When you checkout online for an order (say an amazon.com purchase) prior to checkout they show you your "cart" which tells you all the shipping and handling fees etc. There was nothing like this with these clowns. They did not even try to make it obvious that they were going to charge an absurd fee. They could have done this but then people would NOT use this site and they would simply mail in a check for the price of a stamp. I left my number but NO one called me back from the company and NO one at the company seemed sympathetic or helpful. I have had other experiences with companies and I have done countless online transactions. There is simply NO reason someone could NOT offer a refund when someone calls them 5 min following a transaction. Simply cancel the transaction, takes much less time than it does for me to write this. NOT a good business. NOT good people. NOT following the golden rule. NOT acceptable treatment of people. Update: They saw this review called me and said they would mail me a check for the $50 service fee. So perhaps they are not all bad. I changed my review from one to 3 stars.
