But beginning a few months ago, new employees were sent on various weeks, and reliability in arrivals and quality of the service started declining. On our last service, after our cleaners left, we saw that one of our three bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and another was poorly cleaned. We notified management about this and asked that someone return to clean those spaces -- not necessarily the same day, but within the same week. We were told they did not have anyone available that week. Instead we were offered a very small discount on the full service price. We then requested that a different crew be sent for our upcoming services. We were told they have staffing shortages and we should find another cleaning company.

She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home! Kristin was a complete professional the entire way through the process. I had put out a few…read morerequests for estimates and she was one of the first to come through with a scheduled time to talk on the phone and a prompt followup walkthrough at the property that needed a moveout clean. The service the day of was phenomenal. Not a single bit of grease or grime left in the place. Kristin and her team got every nook and cranny that there was to clean. She even cleaned the windows, inside the fridge, and in all the closets! The place was immaculate for our moveout. Kristin was friendly and spent an extra hour on the kitchen (something that she adjusted to after the estimate). She and her team were so meticulous. I'm so glad I chose them!

They came with dull saws, forgot their pruner,no safety equipment and did not know how to do the work they said they could do. Squeaky Clean does not have specific skill sets...like knowing one tree from another...to do the work I paid for. they seemed to want to make it right and came and saw the poor work and was apologetic ...but that's it (oh yes, they replaced a birdhouse they broke). Also...confused because the manager who came out kept saying they would have to discuss compensation with the owner....turns out her name is listed as the owner of the LLC! A shady group...
