In my experience, their actions appeared focused solely on protecting their client at any cost--even when that meant defending against Child Protective Servies (CPS) findings which revealed substantial physical harm to a very young child (2 yr old). Rather than acting responsible, it felt like this firm enabled and reinforced false narratives, supported misleading claims, and amplified accusations that were not grounded in truth. Watching attorneys back a client who, in my opinion, was lying and making fabricated accusations only made an already volatile custody situation significantly worse. Nothing about this experience suggested concern for the emotional or physical safety of the children involved. Instead, their approach seemed to escalate conflict, prolong trauma, and deepen damage for everyone, especially the children.
