While the job took longer/ more effort than expected - the owner honored the original quote. The job the two women did was thorough and my house looks great. We recently had a bathroom remodel leaving dust everywhere, including the basement. Everything is spotless! Only negative was that the team ran late on their earlier appointment, pushing my appointment cleaning into another meeting I had at my house. Although this was a minor inconvenience, I did receive notification about the delay and my own deep cleaning needs (as mentioned above) impacted the overlap so I wasn't really bothered.
