Working with Debra Speyer was a powerful and unforgettable experience. This was one of the first…read moretimes I ever hired an attorney of her caliber and one of the first times I paid what was truly right and fair. It was worth every single penny and more. Debra guided me through a very difficult guardianship case with precision, grace, and unmatched expertise. She brought peace and strength into a process that could have easily been overwhelming. From our very first phone call I knew I was in the best hands. She was calm, clear, and incredibly sharp. Her ability to think strategically in real time, her steady command in court, and her deep understanding of the law made all the difference. This situation could have ended very badly in someone else's hands. It had the potential to become protracted, messy, and extremely expensive. But Debra stopped that flicker of a flame before it had the chance to spread. She stomped it out with focus and strength before it ever got off and running. If I had known her when I first became guardian, I truly believe she could have saved me thousands of dollars, countless sleepless nights, and spared me from so much confusion and stress. Everything would have been in order from the beginning and this hearing likely never would have happened. I still count my blessings that I found her when I did, before it was too late to turn things around. Her opposing counsel even complimented her expertise immediately following the hearing and shared that it had been a learning experience to witness how she handled the case. That moment said everything. I truly have no idea when Debra sleeps. She works around the clock for her clients and does it all with NO caffeine! Just focus, brilliance, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. She is always thinking ahead and completely tuned in. What really sets her apart is how exceptional she is with people. She knows how to read the room, feel out the opposition, and guide you through the unexpected. She has a rare gift for helping you manage not only the facts but also the what ifs in your mind. Her presence alone brings clarity and confidence. Her background speaks for itself. Debra has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine's Best Lawyers issue, selected as one of only 154 out of more than 14,000 attorneys, and was the third youngest attorney ever named to the list. She is also listed in Whos Who in American Law, Whos Who in America, and Whos Who of American Women. She has appeared on national television, published widely on elder fraud and investment law, and is a trusted voice in both legal and elder care communities. I also want to recognize Marcy, her assistant, who was absolutely wonderful throughout. She was kind, responsive, and always helpful. Every conversation I had with her left me feeling supported and at ease. Having an assistant like Marcy made the entire experience feel even more human and accessible. It truly matters when the people behind the scenes treat you with care too. Debra made me feel seen, heard, and fully supported at every step. She leads with heart and brilliance and I will never forget what she helped me accomplish. If you are looking for an attorney who is both exceptional and compassionate, Debra Speyer is the one. She may come off as direct at times, as many analytical and focused professionals do, but make no mistake. She listens. And that direct nature will lead you directly to your goals. You need it. Trust me.

She was absolutely awesome and kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood every situation and the steps being taken toward achieving a professional outcome in my case. Ms Emily, paralegal is truly a sweetheart and was very concerned about me and my case. She even reached out while she was out of the office, which showed me just how much she cared. I always felt like I was a priority, and that meant so much to me. From the very beginning, Eric himself was determined to help bring me closure. He told me that I would be put in good hands, and he absolutely kept his word by placing me with Emily. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was going to have a great experience with his firm. I truly appreciate the dedication, compassion, and professionalism I received. I always felt special and never felt like just another client. I'm even going to miss our texts, well wishes, holiday greetings, and emojis! I highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking justice and an attorney who genuinely cares about their clients. This is a firm that will not take advantage of you. They will work to make sure you receive what you deserve. If the opportunity ever arises, I would absolutely return to this firm again. Thank you, Emily and Eric, for everything you did for me and for helping me reach the closure I needed. Thank You Again!!! I rate this firm and Ms. Emily, 5+ stars!
