Impressed across the board with Home Run Pest Control…read more From all the references from friends before we spoke to them to the first contact and the visit, Home Run Pest Control is knowledgeable, detailed, professional and on top of it. Our technician Zac Brown showed up in a professional manner, but also incredibly respectful as well. He was engaging with our four year old daughter and was very aware of our home and our space. Zac explained everything very clearly and took the time to answer every question. From the outside and indoor treatment, he was incredibly thorough and had a complete attention to detail. We are very pleased with Home Run Pest Control and our technician Zac. This is a business that has the professionalism but also the engagement and the knowledge as well.

It was a newer community so there was still construction and pests were a bigger issue. After ONE visit from HomeRun, the amount of spiders greatly diminished. And when using them consistently, we never had any issues again! I would call and ask for hornet nest removals (we have little kids) and they would come out immediately. Always professional and polite. Highly recommend!

Not sure what happened but I do know the tech we had changed and our service hasn't been the same. Clover weeds were taking over my yard and I had them come out to address the problem. The weeds were getting worse. I called Jack for assistance but it took 6 messages with the office administrator and 4 emails before I got a call back. This was over the course of about 2 months. I felt very unheard. I got frustrated, cancelled my service, and took my business elsewhere. I asked for a refund for the last invoice from August due to the lack of addressing and fixing my problem. Not sure what I payed for in June and August. Jack explained he hasn't refunded any customer's money for the past 30 years. Very frustrating. I felt ignored and as if my business was not valued. Maybe someone else will have a better experience as I did for the first few years.
