    First off I want to give a huge shoutout to Jeff for the great customer service I had from him during my visit! I wasn't expecting to buy anything just wanted to check out a local PC store when I initially walked in , however, I honestly was impressed with the PC builds he had in store! I set my eyes on one and couldn't resist and asked for the price. With a little back and forth on the price, we met at the middle and I walked out with a brand new PC! Thanks again Jeff you were awesome! I definitely recommend people who are looking for a new PC or PC service/parts to check this store out!!

    I went to this location to schedule a key fob installation, but they only had the Viper Remote…read moreStart available. The Viper is one of their more expensive fobs in the store. My son had just completed Basic Military Training, and he only had a few days before reporting to his duty station to get this work done. The Autotech Department or Geek Squad told us that the install would be worth it. After the installation, we drove the car home and parked it. The next morning, it wouldn't start. We called the Autotech department and were advised to bring the car back. The technician rewired some things and advised us that we were good to go. My son had to get on the road to head to his duty station the next day. My husband and I followed him there just in case there were any issues with his car. My son's car has stalled numerous times since the Viper installation. He took his car to a mechanic at a garage to have it checked out and was advised that there was nothing wrong with his car, that it was, in fact, the Viper. The mechanic advised him to remove the Viper from his car. My son called the nearest Best Buy to have this part removed and get his money back, but was told they could not give him a refund; they would remove the Viper. It cost him tow fees and days off from work to handle this issue. Sadly, anyone is treated like this, especially someone serving their country! They talked my son into an expensive fob, which they spoke very highly of, that causes issues. You should be able to speak with a professional and get what you want instead of being upcharged for things you don't need! A national store chain? Why was he treated like that? I hope management reads this post and provides a better outcome for this issue. My son isn't asking for anything more than what he paid for. I feel he should, at least, get his money back! Maybe you should reconsider who you have working on installations like this!

I'm pretty good at doing my own trouble-shooting, but I was in fear that the worst thing had happened, and that my OS got clobbered somehow. Here it is - a Sunday - and I NEED this thing. I was so happy to find that Jeff answered the phone on the second ring. He was able to talk me through a deeper examination and we determined that, indeed, I was looking at file corruption. His suggestion was to try and system restore - something I had never done before (it's easy but not something I would just randomly try on my own). It took almost 2 hours for the restore to complete, all the while I was freaking out because I'm realizing that if it's caught in an endless loop, I am risking that it will never restore and that I'll need an expert to try and get my existing off this thing (my back up hard-drive is in NJ!!!!) I was lucky! The restore worked. And, I have Jeff to thank for getting this back up and working.
