I brought an iPad in for a screen repair and it was ready the next day. Unfortunately, after taking it home, I found a dead spot near the middle of the screen. So, a few days later, I returned to the store and they fixed the issue under their warranty (you can find it on their website). Personally, my affinity from this shop comes from their willingness and eagerness to resolve the matter at hand. They were upfront about wanting to spend more time with the iPad to test it and make sure everything is working properly before I picked it up again.
