Nick, the owner, does a great job of making you feel at ease right away. I had some experience with Crossfit before but was not the most advanced. The classes had a nice mix of first timers to seasoned athletes. Nick and Josh, the head coach, are always available to help you with technique and form. They like to make sure you have perfect form before you start adding weight. They still like to push you to make sure you get a nice workout but it is always in a safe way. Nick is obsessed with keeping the gym clean. All of the equipment is clean and well maintained. The wall of windows also make sure you always get natural light while you workout. The fellow athletes are all nice, supportive and welcoming. They helped make my fitness journey and transition to Nashville much better. This is the best Crossfit box in Nashville.

After signing up for a free consultation with Next Level Fitness, I signed up to meet with Dallas…read moreand now have had about 4-5 sessions with her. I highly recommend working with her because of the following: 1) Attention to detail (In 2 sessions she knew exactly what my physical limits were and built workouts to help me learn better form and build my body in a healthy and manageable way) 2) Undivided attention (I never had her look at her phone or talk to someone else during our sessions, she's always 100% attentive to you, and that's something I really appreciate) 3) Nutrition mentoring (I don't eat unhealthy things, but Dallas made me realize foods that were better alternatives and which ones I should stay away from in order to achieve a better workout and achieve the physique I wanted. She'll never shame you for indulging in sweets or carbs either, which I'm definitely grateful for) 4) Knows when you push you and when to rest (I used to always get sick after high intensity workout classes and could never get through group sessions, but Dallas made workouts that challenged me without overextending my body. I always leave Next Level Fitness knowing my body was pushed to its limits in a healthy way) 5) Fun workouts that are engaging and different! (Honestly I would be the last person to say this, but dare I say that workouts now are actually fun?! Whether we're doing floor exercises, stuff on a machine or weights, I never know what's coming next. If you're like me and always wanted to try new things at the gym but didn't know how, Dallas will definitely build your confidence and get you excited about challenging yourself!) Since the first day, the owner Jack has always remembered my name and greets you when you come and when you leave. No matter who's in the gym you always feel so welcomed, which I can't say for anywhere else I've been! For COVID procedures, I felt that they took good precautions to make sure the safety of everyone is prioritized. Next Level Fitness makes sure to have a certain number of people in the gym at all times and the trainer wipes down everything as soon as you've used it. If you prefer the trainer to wear a mask they can. Just some extra brownie points: The gym playlist is ALWAYS poppin' and the bathrooms are SERIOUSLY amazing. The luxurious feel when you step into this gym is unlike any other, which is so weird to say because it's a GYM! You definitely get your money's worth and coming here is absolutely an enjoyable and fun experience, so don't hesitate and try this place out!

Luckily, we were only 10 minutes from Gym 5, and my older sister knew someone who worked there. The front desk staff was super helpful and welcoming--they made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a quick tour. The gym's setup is fantastic! Cardio is upstairs, while everything from weights to outdoor rec and boxing setups is downstairs. I especially loved the outdoor workout space--it's such a nice touch. The gym was super clean, well-organized, and had a respectable, positive environment. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

This gym literally has everything you need to get a diagnosis of swoliosis from your Dr. From the owner to the front desk workers this gym is a vibe.. And along with the recommended nutrition plan (that the staff is all very knowledgeable about) within my first 3 months, I lost 7% body fat and gained 5 lbs of lean muscle. You guys, don't hesitate; run to a class! I'm currently signed up for a free week trial and I've never felt more comfortable during a (pretty intense) workout class. And feel great about myself! It's a pretty simple set up, you walk in and that one room is all. So it's not as big as other locations, but that's okay because you have all the room you need. There are cubby's for personal item and water fountains (can't remember if there is a bathroom). And then the rest is the workout floor! I recommend researching what makes F45 unique because they have so many different classes. Short and simple, the class is set up in stations and you rotate through them. So you don't have to set anything up or put anything away. There are two personal trainers walking around the room and the demonstration and timer for your station are on a screen in front of you. My biggest ehhh about F45 is that it's all on the screen..cool but I feel like it's a bit of $$$ for a less than personal interaction during my station. Also there is minimal warm up and no cool down. Would love to see a 5 min stretch incorporated. Overall, this location was so welcoming and inviting and pushed me to my limits without me unsafe. Even though your station is on the screen, the trainers were always helpful and helped with form and modifications. Loved coming here and will see what I decide after my free trial!

The screens show the workout so it's nice to follow along. As someone who isn't the most experienced in fitness, I felt comfortable and there is usually a coach who will help with adjusting weights or providing modifications when needed. It's also nice that you are doing the workouts "with other people", but you have your own lane to do your own thing. I also love that they have an infrared sauna and two lanes for open gym. Talk about flexibility for our busy schedules! There's a class every 7 minutes for pretty much an entire day (even in the middle of the day), so this allows me to come whenever I have time and I will never miss a class here. Ashley, who is the owner, is the absolutely best! She made my friend and I feel so welcomed all week. We love to see a woman-owned gym and she's just an amazing person! During the week, I also got to know Keith and Myles, and they were awesome, encouraging, and really helpful. Highly recommend everyone to try this gym.
