We provided some cleaning supplies and the delivery folks made an attempt at cleaning it up. It was still not "clean" but passable. They held one of the blowers to dry it out but were only mildly successful. On top of this, it smelled like old socks and mildew. Another of the items was an obstacle course for younger children. It was not clean, but at least it was dry. However it also smelled like old socks and mildew. Since the rules for us to rent from this company were many, I at least expected to have clean, ready to use items delivered. I left a message with the office that morning. My call was never returned and there has been no communication at all regarding this issue. As a first time renter, I was extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I finally heard back from the company. Apparently the loaders loaded a "dirty" bouncer instead of a "clean" one. We have accepted their apology and the refund they granted for the unit. I know that mistakes happen, and it's refreshing when a company acknowledges that.
