If you are more of a cheap eats person, go to Sukine, prices are lower, water is free, and portions are bigger. For a nicer meal with friends or a date - Hansoban will do the trick.

Unfortunately, the owner speaks very little Spanish and no English so you'll have to be patient but the tofu and all other delicacies like mochi, sauces and noodles are definitely worth making your way over. From what I understood, they make the tofu in the back of the shop and are famous within the Chilean-Korean society. They also make their own Kimchi!! Zero high expectations. I got the Shirashi Sushi, and the fish were absolutely and absurdly fresh, cut to perfection, and the rice perfectly cooked. I was really impressed that the quality was so much higher than your regular japanese place. Second time I got the Sumo Ramen. I've had ramen in millions of different places, from high-end restaurants to roots japanese restaurants in the basement of a building. This one is the best one I've had, no doubt! When I thought they couldn't cook ALL the menu so perfectly, I once again ate there, this time the Ootoya Soba - I still have no words for it. It's cooked in a special sauce that you just want to stop whatever you're doing and thank whoever brought this marvelousness upon the world. It's the perfect amount of spiciness so you can also enjoy the great flavor of the dish, which is seasoned to perfection.
