Itan is usually a Good quick tan option. $25.00 Sunday tan, found out its is bed only. Tried to call ahead no answer, msg, said to text, I left Text asking tan stipulations on Sunday Tans. No text reply before I drove all the way there. Get there and found out it was a bed tan, and only 6 min if you have not been in a while. Map is still saying they're at 79 over there across the street by Starbucks, but they're over here in the parking lot across from Ross and Marshalls closest to the street. read more

Right next to Arthur Murray, good sized location with lots of rooms for tanning beds, spray tanning and spa services. While I was waiting to get a tan, there were beyond kind and explained everything to a new person trying to go to a salon for the first time. I have been using Itan in Temecula since March 2010 without any breaks. In the winter of 2023 I froze my account for the first time. During that short break, my bank card was hacked by outsiders and had to be stopped and replaced by my bank. I forgot the card on file at Itan for the $5.00 per month freeze and I began to have a short deficiency for which they notified me by phone more than once. Since I was about to un-freeze the account I did not make a special trip over to them to produce the new card and accidentally got cancelled, and would be required to start fresh with new everything. I pled my case to the staff that I was nearly a 15 year member, and did not cancel or freeze before even during Covid. Katie, the Manager, took my case all the way to Itan Corporate, and was able to re activate my account and take my new card over the phone, clear the deficiency and reactivate me for immediate use of services even though some time had passed and it was my fault. I know this was took at lot of extra effort on her behalf, and I felt both grateful and relieved. I enjoy the services of Itan including the spa and health services besides tanning. I think Katie should be given a warm pat on the back for her careful listening, calm understanding of what I felt was my position on the matter, and for sorting it out completely. Well because when I paid on the 11 & went on the first they said I had to pay on the first so I actually lost 11 days of tanning which they never told me that it was not prorated if I new this then I would have waited till the first of every month to pay but know one of the workers told me this not even a piece of paper saying it wasn't prorated that's not very good business, at least they can owe me back my 11 days back before I go back as a customer thanks Raymond aka Kristen Member R. I've always used Itan for my sprays, especially before river season, (if ya can't tone it-tan it ) but I never realized how awesome the spa services were untill recently. Can't beat the prices for the monthly services... Tan, red light facial and a hydromassage every day, yes please! Winchester has all the services, but 79 has the fit wrap, facials and tanning. Not to mention the girls at 79south location areamazing!!! Jenn, Delaney, Savannah, & Lucy are the ones I see when I go in, and they are absolutely dolls. As long as Ive lived in California, I've enjoyed using iTan and all its amenities. I've had such a great experience since moving to Temecula. When I wanted to re-start my membership, I was aided by Jocelyn, whom is hands down, probably one of the kindest and most professional individuals. She explained to me, in full transparency, pricing due to me previously being a member, but also was able to help me apply previous credits I didn't know I had. Special note: she literally always remembers my name when I come in, and I take that serious; great customer service. The beds are always clean and they seem to keep the store pretty clean even though it's going through renovations. Overall, this is a great location with friendly staff. Recommend all day! read more

I came for the $1 customer appreciation spray service. I specifically requested the $1 spray to the receptionist. The receptionist was persistent on including additives because "it's only a dollar" but the additive prices are not listed ANYWHERE on the services menu. My total came out $30. I was also NOT PRINTED OR GIVEN A RECEIPT OF ALL THE ITEMS I WAS PAYING FOR! I was told it would process in my account as a dollar. The employee was not transparent with my questions. I was refused a partial refund for items I was not aware I was paying for. read more
