The coffee quality and service leaves a little to be desired though. I was excited, however, to finally see they offer a gluten friendly cookie - after all of these years! I was mystified as to why they have them smack bang in the middle of the display cabinet, right next to all of the gluten-containing bakery items. These need to be kept separate so there's no cross contamination.

Today I got a call from American Cash Award based in PA, claiming that I had won $18.5 Million…read moredollars, and a 2025 mercedes-Benz after listening to the gentleman pitch and him telling me that I was not to share this information with anyone and I would receive my prize money within 1-3 business days. That was the first red flag.,He then asked me to stay on the line to be transferred to a supervisor that would complete the transaction. The first man's name was, Peter E Banks, the supervisor's name was Peter Williams. That was the second red flag. He proceeded to tell me that there were no up front fees but this money would be deposited into my checking account by direct deposit the same way that I receive my Social Security . That was the third red flag I didn't give him the opportunity to go any further. During the time he's talking I'm checking if the company is accredited by the BBB which they were not.,I also checked for the company which I didn't find any credible information. I finally let him know that I believed this was a scam and he automatically got irate. All of the professionalism left his conversation and he hung up the phone. Yes I am a senior citizen, I am also an ex-police officer and I'm far from being crazy. I don't share my bank or my Social Security information with anyone. If you get a call like this hang up immediately. Report it to the Attorney General's Office, Consumers Protection and the better Business Bureau. Arrdaise Manning

You can donate books at their Wheatridge warehouse or volunteer your time.

Arthur Lakes is the Colorado School of Mines library. However, they are open to the public and…read moreoffer many public events. As far as school library goes, this one is is constantly filled with the low humming vibes of students studying and madly working away. Although it is a very quiet place to work, it can also get pretty stressful around midterms and finals. They have several computer stations for student use only as well as a handful of public use computers. Sometimes there are concerts held in the library, and from what I've heard, they're quite nice! Students staff the check out counter and the coffee cart in the lobby.
