A great library to work from! It was easy to get a library card with the employees being so quick and friendly to work with. This library in highland ranch is my favorite. If you love libraries, this is a great spot on nice days. There is a nice little park nearby and outdoor tables!

This library is my home crib. It's accompanied me through studying for the SAT in high school and studying for the GRE for grad school. It went through a major revamp in April 2019 and it's even better than before. I'm emotionally attached to this library but if I'm being as objective as I can, it's still the bomb. The renovation added a more modern feel and some colors to the equipment. There are also cool fireplaces on both floors. First, it's the perfect place to study or work. That's what you'll usually find me doing. The second floor is a haven with its plethora of desks, large windows and mostly quiet atmosphere. There's is a beautiful view of civic green park, it's fun to people watch when you need a break. There is also a lovely terrace overlooking the same park, in the summer time, it's a great place to grab a book and hang out. There are also nice conference rooms you can book. Second, it's great for kids. Especially with the park so close by. There is an awesome kids corner on the first floor. It's more like kids floor than kids corner as there are always kids running amuck. I don't explore it as much as I usually head straight to the second floor, but it seems there are always activities going on. Third, it's convenient. The parking lot is large enough I haven't seen it completely full. If it does get full, there is a larger parking area across the street. It's also within walking distance to a shopping plaza that has Safeway, Michael's, McDonald's, Einstein bagels, etc.

Walk-ability around the parking lot grounds is lovely, fresh cut grass, trees, seating and some shaded parking. The Parking lot is Huge, plenty of room for all meetings and clients! The meeting is immediately gracious at the front desk. To the right side of entrance there is a cafe with Croissant, chia, coffees to your taste and other delights with sitting and "Wifi" Sitting is all around in comfy chairs, plenty of books to read AND, Take a stroll down the beautify stair or elevator. There are desks a plenty, some covered, some large some small. AND a larger meeting room upstairs. Meeting private rooms from 1/2 hour to 3 hours, must schedule in advance!! Personally, I have spent many of hours in this library with my "Service Dog" by my side. Bathrooms up and down stairs, PLUS SEPARATE AREA FOR THE KIDDOS!! I have never had a run in with children as with libraries, this is a well thought out multiplistic public library!!

I also enjoy the Cafe and used books sale. The prices are very reasonable at the Cafe and for the used books. I am always finding a treasure.
