In back, I noticed our spigot was loose so I opened a small section of the Hardie board and noticed wood rot underneath. Yikes! Similar issue near the bathroom pop out window. I contacted Cornerstone Cowboys for an estimate via Yelp and Carlos responded quickly. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie came out the next day to take a look at our issues and to come up with a game plan. I was sent the estimate and gave them the go ahead. Jesus arrived bright and early to start and the job finished in a reasonable time. The areas that were fixed look FANTASTIC. P.S. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie were super friendly. The one thing we wish we had was a little more clarification with the pricing/estimate prior to signing it. I had asked questions and thought we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, there were added expenses that my husband and I thought were included that weren't and we had to pay extra. Regardless, we are happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider working with Cornerstone Cowboys. Next time we will need things on the estimate broken down more and any and all clarifications be made prior to starting. Thank you Cornerstone Cowboys.

He was very responsive, on time even arriving early, and answered all our questions thoroughly. Additionally, he had a good sense of what looked "good" and would advise us, since this is our first time making a walkway for our house. Throughout the project, we had consistent contact with Richard, eventually working with supervisor and owner of the company, Bryan. Bryan was also incredibly professional, kind and addressed all our concerns and made sure the final product was to our exact desire/requests (and there were many). Our experience with Pavertime was really great -- very client centered with great professional guidance and careful craftsmanship. They really stand by their work and keep their word, which is so important and can be hard to come by. We have received many compliments on their work and feel more than satisfied their work quality and ethics.

When I asked why the initial issue was not identified, the representative just shrugged. From my perspective, I spent $1,800 on a solution that was ineffective and possibly unnecessary. Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Again, you can't go wrong with this company, and you will not find a better advocate than Tamara!

During the installation, they caused severe damage to my front yard, including destroying a rare and expensive Japanese maple tree. Their method of "protecting" plants was just throwing a tarp over them, which did nothing to shield them from falling shingles and tools. A three-story ladder fell on my shrubs, damaging several, and worse -- it also fell onto my brand-new AC unit, bending the top grill. Since then, the ventilator has been rotating only millimeters away from the edge on one side, at risk of scraping. On top of that, there were permit issues. It took multiple emails and calls from me -- both to the company and the permit office -- to get it straightened out. They tried to tell me that "approval of the drawings" was the same as having the permit approved, which was not true. The confusion dragged out the inspection process unnecessarily. They never offered to fix or compensate for any of the damage. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.
