Great work, strong communication and fair pricing. I feel lucky to have found Evergreen. Unfortunately it's more rare these days to find a business run by an actual person (and not a big conglomerate or venture capital group). If your experience is like mine, you can expect an actual conversation, with an actual person, that cares about doing good work and building a strong reputation for themself - skin in the game. IMO, any praise you see in reviews of Trey and his work is likely well earned and deserved. Was also great to be able to have a remote conversation first to discuss the likely problem rather than multiple trips to diagnose what was a common problem with an obvious fix in my case. Note: Business done by a real person like this might mean that real life pops up now and again, that's fine by me. I'd rather adjust ideal timing here or there than fit into a cold reservation system from big businesses that can feel convenient at first, but in reality they overbook, understaff and make you wait anyway when you supposedly had an "appointment" time. read more

After being ghosted by Safelite the morning of my appointment I started looking at other options. Evergreen was local and has great reviews on Google. I went to their website and requested a quote. Trey responded within 15 minutes and the cost to replace the windshield was less than Safelite! The day of the replacement Trey texted me he was on his way and showed up 10 minutes later. A+ for being punctual and communicating with me. Trey setup in my driveway and went to work. 45 minutes later my windshield was replaced. This was an efficient and easy experience. I texted Trey some photos, he was quick to respond and came out the next morning to provide mobile rock chip repair services. Very dishonest and shady business. I was quoted by "Trey", $549 to replace my cracked windshield. I informed him I will be going through my car insurance, at which point he never says the price changes if I go through my insurance. Needless to say, in November, 2023, I agreed to have him replace my windshield based on the given quote. I gave him my $250 deductible per his instruction. The insurance company notified me a couple of weeks later that they paid him $720 for the service. Along with my $250, the total price he received was $970, $421 more than what he quoted me. When I reached out to him, asking why the total was so much more than what he quoted, and why he didn't let me know. His answer was why shouldn't he charge the insurance company more if he could get more money, and why should he let me know. He then accused me for not supporting small business. I am all for supporting small business. However, I am not a supporter of businesses that are willing to CHEAT and ABUSE the system. If he is willing to CHEAT, he won't give a damn if it is you or larger businesses. We, as consumers end up paying for this. On another note, my car insurance states they paid a different entity and not "Evergreen Auto Glass". I went to leave a review on Google. For some reasons, Evergreen Auto Glass is listed as permanently closed. RED FLAGS for a dishonest business. read more
