Clackamas agreed to send their technician to me and take care of this. Big mistake! The technician looked at the chip and expressed confidence that he could fix the problem. Before I knew it, he was applying a grinding tool to the windshield, and the tiny rock chip suddenly turned into a huge crack, destroying my windshield. The management takes utterly no responsibility for the damage they inflicted. Very disappointed! All I can do is warn others to avoid this business.

On Monday 3/16, I had still not received anything. I ended up waiting until the following Friday, 3/20 to call again. The gentleman I spoke to said he would call me back but never got a call back. I have a pretty busy life so it's not easy to have to keep calling a business to get them to provide a service. I ended up calling again on Monday, 3/23. I told the gentleman who answered (sounded like he was working from home vs. a shop like the previous calls) that no one had gotten me an estimate and it had been over 2 weeks. He seemed genuinely apologetic that no one had gotten back to me. He located the estimate order but the tech had not entered any notes, which didn't surprise me considering he wrote them on scratch paper. I told the gentleman this was the last time I was going to call because this was my 3rd time calling. I re-verified my email address and he assured me he'd get a hold of his tech and get back to me. Today is 3/26 and I still have not heard from anyone. I will have to find another company that actually wants my business.
