When I called them for a quote on new shower glass for a bathroom remodel, I was told to send pictures by email. After 4 days, I got no reply to the email. I called them back. They said they'd answer by email. In the email reply I finally received, they didn't even read the email. I was asked what color glass and hardware I wanted. (Only this was in the original email.) In all of the emails, not once did the person leave a name. When I declined the high price, I told them it was awkward that they never gave a first name, their response was: "I do 600k a month in sales. so i guess i'm doing something right." Receipt attached

So with Summer weather knocking on the door I thought it would be a good time to tint the truck…read morewindows. Browsed Yelp's section of auto window tinting and zeroed in on Window Tint King. Not only did they have good reviews on Yelp but they also had good reviews on Google too so I used Yelp's messaging system to reach out about getting an appointment. Bob responded pretty quickly however don't do what I did and wait till the last minute try to get an appointment. I had a date in my head which would have worked out with the curing process since I was going out of town and wouldn't need my truck buuuuut I waited till the last minute and he was all booked up. I ended up making an appointment for the following week. So the shop is really easy to get too and there's plenty of parking. The office has a chair with a TV so if you plan on waiting there at least you have something to pass the time with. Bob is also an awesome guy and he's super cool. We talked about what I wanted for tint and how dark I wanted to go. Since my truck has privacy glass we decided to go 20% in the front and 35% in the rear. It took around 2.5 hours for 5 windows and it looks awesome. Anyone looking to get their windows tinted would be dumb to not come here. You'll get treated good here and get an awesome looking tint job for a really good price.

It took a year for them to order the part to replace my cowl, they were terrible at taking responsibility and taking their time to reach out to fix it. I called about the issues and sent pictures of everything, I was told there was no wrong doing and to handle it legally. They ordered me OEM glass for my Toyota 4Runner and had it delivered/approved my by insurance in less than 24 hours. 7/25 - called to order OEM glass and requested they confirm approval of coverage for OEM glass by my insurance. Dominique said "no worries, they'll cover it!" And made me an appointment for 7/27. 7/26 - part delivered 7/27 - appointment scheduled for 1pm*. They have gun above and beyond. I had my windshield replaced by them three years ago and I noticed…read morethere was some moisture in the car. I called them up and mentioned that and they sent somebody under warranty without asking any questions. It turned out it was my moonroof and has nothing to do with them but I was very impressed with their diligence. Ironically I thought that first I had to use Premium glass and when I call them premium glass guy said that they don't keep any records and they can't verify if I use them or not and tried to sell me a new glass. To be honest this is night and day difference between the two companies.
