Then just recently for a window smashed in when my car was robbed. Both times they got me in the same day I called, and both times they repaired them quickly. They even cleaned out all the broken glass from inside on this recent one. While I hope I don't need their services again (no one wants a broken car window), if/when I do, I'll definitely return. 5/5 stars.

Portland Glass was the second business I called, the first said they didn't have the needed window in stock. A simple call to the dealer would have yielded the solution. The person who handled our initial inquiry was patient and his follow-up was excellent. The wait time was just one day. I received the much appreciated call that they would be 1/2 hour late. The duo who arrived in a newer long van were nice, courteous and professional. That is, it wasn't a disbelieved guy in a 1980s clunker. The entire job took less than one hour. Here's a TIP: better to park the car with the broken window in your clean driveway so they can vacuum all the pieces inside and out. Unfortunately, I parked it on the street so some of the pieces fell into the wet leaves. I had to clean that up which was my bad. I highly recommend.

I was able to talk with him on the phone, and we had some follow ups by text -- he made the whole process of getting my car window repaired very easy. I would highly recommend his work. Fast-forward to 2024. He came out to look at my wife's Audi, which had a small leak which we noticed when we would get a car wash. He walked me through the options, and we eventually decided do hold off on doing any major work. A repair service who advises you when you *don't* need to do something right away is really the most trustworthy kind of advisor.
