Toddy- it was not sweet, as expected. Bitter.

We love to take visiting family to see the Enchanted lights and then stop at the Everett's bar to grab a cocktail. But the bartender was as unfriendly as they come, we had a party of 7, and his interactions or lack there of, made us decide to leave after the first drink. Sometimes staff doesn't belong where customer service is needed. And the cocktails were not that good. We stopped at another bar where they welcomed us with friendly smiles and great cocktails. I'll write a great review for that bar..

Everetts is absolutely stunning. The location is unique and welcoming. It is a luxurious yet cozy restaurant on the mountain. If you've never been here highlights on the menu include the burger the club and the pierogies don't skip out on the sherry mushrooms as an appetizer. They are absolutely lovely.

I do recommend this place for the views, the French onion soup and the hot toddies. It's a lovely rest stop and beautiful place to take a break while skiing in the mountains. Like every restaurant at Big Sky, it is overpriced and food is not worth hundreds of dollars for some soup and a drink. This one I would probably recommend because of the views and otherwise cook your own food at Big Sky by all means.

The new menu was amazing! Great execution on all the items in our six course tasting. Our favorites surprised us: the burrata & beats and the turbot en croute! Serving the burrata on pesto was creative and playful, and the turbot was technical perfection: the crispiest we'd ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we had a window seat with a beautiful view of the mountains. Well worth the price and time out of our ski day.

Probably the best restaurant we've been to at the Big Sky Resort! Great experience, delicious food, and what a view! I recommend booking in advance. If you do though, you'd have to book with your credit card -- there is a $25 per person charge for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours. For starters, we had the Morel Mushrooms - red wine cream demi, baguette, $25. I highly recommend trying this if you like mushrooms. The morel mushrooms were deliciously cooked and the red wine cream demi was spoon licking good! The baguette was nicely buttered. This dish went well with my glass of wine -- Paul Achs, Blaufrankisch Heideboden, Burgenland 2016, $17 on the menu, but $19 on my receipt?! (The wine by itself was too dry. I prefer a full bodied wine for sipping). Other drink we ordered was Black Forest - Sudden Wisdom Rye Whisky, Chocolate Bitters, Blackberry, Blood Orange, $18. I recommend this cocktail! So good and not too sweet (don't forget to mix before you drink!). For soup, we had: Elk Chili - Chive, crème fraiche crouton, $10 (for cup). I thought it was odd to have chili under soup section, but it had more of a thick soup consistency that the usual chili I'd expect. Unfortunately, I didn't get to taste this, but was told it was good....a bit salty, but good. French Onion Soup - onion, shallot, beef stock, crostini, raciette, $16. Good soup. For entrees: Waygu Burger - Brioche, tomato bacon jam, arugula, raciette, house sauce, fries, $30. I didn't get to try this, but was told it was very good! 8800 Grilled Cheese - Brioche, confit tomato, frisee, smoked cheddar, raciette, prosciutto, fries, $22. An elevated grilled cheese (see picture)! Filet Mignon Au Poivre - Brandy cream, root vegetable, confit fingerling, $65. Good tasting Filet Mignon. I asked for medium rare, but should've asked for medium. It was too rare for my liking. The root vegetable was good too, but was a bit undercooked for my taste. Fingerling was good as well. For dessert, we shared a Chocolate Torte - toasted meringue, hazelnut crumble, raspberry sauce. Very good! Not too sweet nor heavy (but then again we did split it 3 ways). Service was great! Ambience with the view was memorable! I highly recommend at least trying this place once.

Besides the great skiing, our dinner at Everett's was the highlight of our Big Sky trip. To get there you take the heated ski lift to the top of the mountain. Once there the views and ambiance are great. We arrived a bit early and the hostess suggested we tour the enchanted forest which was a great and fun addition to our dinner experience. My wife had the lobster ravioli which I was hesitant about since Montana isn't know for seafood but we both agreed it was the best we had ever tried. I had the duck cassoulet and I can't speak highly enough about it. Overall one of the best dinners and overall dinner experiences we have ever had.

Started off strong with drinks: my hazelnut espresso martini was chef's kiss (smooth, nutty, and dangerously easy to sip). My friends ordered the Alpine Negroni and The Sinnerman, and both were huge hits around the table with bold flavors, perfectly balanced, and honestly some of the better cocktails we've had on this trip. For food, we went full sampler mode and ordered three different slider trios so we could try everything. The unanimous ranking: 1. Trout sliders: shockingly good, super flavorful, and the instant favorite. 2. Short rib sliders: rich, tender, and deeply satisfying. 3. Wagyu sliders: still tasty, just overshadowed by the other two standouts. Between the drinks, the food, and the multiple TVs showing games as well as a trivia night, this place checks all the boxes for a laid-back, delicious, and sports-friendly hangout. Bonus surprise: They also have a movie theater with showtimes; didn't expect that at all, but very on-brand for a place that clearly wants you to stick around and have a good time. Would absolutely come back!

The server and the pizza were fine. When we were being seated, the person taking us to our table moved on to seat another table while our group came in from outside (there's no room to wait inside) and as my 7-year old son followed him, he snapped at my son. When my husband and I asked what the problem was, he said he's no longer seating us and rudely said we need to "step back." I told him he didn't need to be rude but was dismissed. Upon leaving, I asked for the manager to share the feedback and it was the same young man who had seated us. I explained that I didn't appreciate how rude he was to my family and my son, and he dismissed me, argued and raised his voice at me, and then turned away to speak to someone else. At no point did I raise my voice or do anything more than say it wasn't ok, yet he responded with such disdain and disrespect, I'm appalled. It was a bit like speaking with someone that has no sense of decency or values. He should not be in a management position. And I can say for certain we'll never be back to Ousel & Spur, nor will any of our guests who visit us in Big Sky.

Negatives: - the roads are pretty bad, especially for my low car. To get to our cabin I had to navigate muddy potholes. - our AC in the cabin was pretty bad. It was difficult to understand and was inconsistent. The bathroom was pretty much always freezing. - there is no TV in the room (this may be a positive for some). - the products used in the bathroom (lotion, shampoo, etc.) are from Dial. This is likely the cheapest option and not something we would use. - the cabins are similar to a duplex. I thought it was a standalone unit we booked, but thankfully it was not crowded and we did not have a neighbor. - the door is a standard keyed lock. I wish it was a key pad so there isn't a risk of losing a key or needing to keep up with one. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and we would stay here again.

Waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, biscuits & gravy, yogurt & granola, coffee, tea, juice. McGill's is also available for dinner and it's so convenient. I recommend making reservations. The ranch is roughly 45 minutes to Bozeman airport and also 45 minutes to the west entrance into Yellowstone National Park. The wedding was gorgeous, and the ranch sets the perfect atmosphere of a classic Western vibe. The whole family had a great time. It's a beautiful ranch and a gem along the Gallatin river, 10/10.

We kicked things off on what was supposed to be a "warm‑up run," but joke's on us, it was long, challenging, and honestly kind of brutal... in the best possible way. These runs are no joke and some of the longest I've ever ridden. But once the legs woke up, the rest of the day just flowed. Endless terrain, great snow, and barely any crowds. Absolute bliss.
