The office experience was pleasant; I felt welcome, and they were cheerful and accommodating, with smiles around. This is helpful for the anxiety-inducing parts of dentistry procedures. 5- stars The care quality is excellent hygienist work; they have all the modern tooling and good manners. My only feedback is that they could add a routine like checking gum lines each visit to track gum health, as my last family dentist did. So, four stars for above average. I got a molar crown after not feeling comfortable getting prosthodontics at another dentist. In comparison, I felt Dr. Ana was worth the trust, and she performed well. I had some touch-up visits after the temporary crown and later with the crown when I needed it smoothed. They surprised me with how available they were on short notice, like the next day or so. read more

Do not go to this clinic. I had very negative experience where the doctor put in a situation where I was in tons of pain and then was forced to get a root canal as a result. Prior to the procedure the doctor said it might not work but it's a more affordable approach and could solve the issue. After I paid in the front, and he explains the procedure, he ask if I still want to do it?? He should have asked this before I paid in the lobby... it was just unprofessional. He failed to mention that if the procedure didn't work I would be in severe pain soon after the procedure. My left side of my face hurt my gums and all my teeth were in pain for a week. When I went in for check-up, I was prescribed antibiotics for a possible infection. So i found myself taking medication for an infection I didn't know I had or not. I was also prescribed ibuprofen. Then the office was supposed to follow up with me to schedule a root canal and never did. Overall, this was a traumatic experience and would never return. I am reporting the dentist to his liscening board and would discourage anyone from going to this clinic. They are money hungry and that's it. They don't care about clients. read more

This review is based only on my experience trying to book a new patient appointment. I had to repeat what I was trying to do to the person answering the phone before I was told to take a picture of my insurance card for verification purposes and text it to them. It only ocurred to me later that that can't be HIPAA compliant. I was told they'd call me back to confirm and set up and appointment, but I only got a text back. I had to call in myself to make the appointment, and when I did the same person I'd spoken with earlier put me on hold because they "had to ask their boss" something about putting me into the system, and I had to remind them that they already had my card on file. When they later confirmed my appointment by text, they spelled my name wrong, despite having my name on my card. I ended up cancelling the appointment-- this kind of inattentiveness makes a bad impression, and I'm not interested in letting someone near my mouth with sharp implements if their reception staff can't even take the time to set my information up properly. read more

Worst dentistry I have ever been to. Everything is terribly organized, rather nothing is organized, everything is lost, there is no sanitary standard, in the same place on the territory they are doing remodeling in another part of the clinic, knocking and drilling there, covered only with polyethylene and nothing more. The place is a little unorganized and since I was a new patient they needed to get an X-ray of my teeth, the lady who was doing isn't gentle at all, it hurl like crazy getting an X-ray, she was just shoving the tool on my mouth like crazy. The cleaning too, I felt like the hygienist was rushing, she didn't get to clean thoroughly, I felt like there were so much more stuffs to clean. read more

Came here looking for a new dentist but would avoid at all costs. Had a small chip on my tooth which they told me I actually had gum disease and had to see a periodontist specialist for an additional $125. Both parties then told me I needed a 1000$ gum graft surgery. I went to 2 other dentists for second opinions who told me I did not have any gum disease and only needed a fill in for the chip. This place is the worst dentist I have been to in my 39 years living on this planet. I began coming here in I believe February of 2016 to get a front tooth replaced and as I write this on April 27th I still don't have the tooth replaced. I am sorry I ever came to this place I am actually worse off now then I was before. At least before Dr. Lee and Dr. Britto got a hold of me I still had half a tooth to eat with. In fairness to the good people who work there ill start with the good points about them. 1. My first appointment was with a hygienist named "Katie" she took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth was polite and actually seemed to care about my dental hygiene. She even gave pointers at the end of the exam,using a model, on better angles I could use to clean my teeth better. Katie if you are reading this you are a shining star in a black hole of a dental office. 2. Also in on my first visit was "Dr. Lee". He was in a rush. His exam was short and Katie had to talk him through most of it continually pointing out which teeth she felt needed his attention. Dr. Lee then paused after his exam to ask if I had plans to address my missing front tooth. The number 8 tooth he called it. I asked what my options were and he explained with my insurance (mass health). I could either get a partial plate to replace my front tooth as well as 3 other missing teeth in the back or I could get a crown to replace just the one front tooth. After the exam I learned that masshealth would not cover the crown and I would be out of pocket $1200 to cover the procedure. In my experience crowns don't last and another dentist I had visited in the past warned me that there may not be enough of my original tooth left to properly crown. Based on all this and especially the phenomenal cost I opted to have the partial done instead. The only other good thing I can say about this dental practice is the secretary who I believe doubles as the manager is a wonderful person always cheery smiling etc. Further her language skills are to say the leasr impressive. She seems to speak English as well as Spanish and Portuguese fluently. That's all the good there is to say about this Everett Dental practice. Here is the bad. 1. Although they schedule appointments into the early evening they always triple and quadruple book for the same time slot. There are 3 or 4 exam rooms and 1 dentist bounces back and forth between the rooms always in a rush. I wonder if they bill the insurance companies by the hour or the procedure? 2. They seem to be using a sub standard dental lab. Ive now had impressions of my teeth taken 3 times and 2 temporary partial plates were sent over by the lab didn't fit my mouth at all no matter how many times Dr. Britto tried to adjust them. 3. As mentioned above the doctors like. Dr. Britto and Dr. Lee are always rushed. Perhaps if they put more time into performing quality work I would have a front tooth right now? 4. As others have said about this place the wait is incredible. Every time slot seems to be triple and quadruple booked with Dr. Lee & Dr. Britto running between exam rooms. read more

Hello guys, I am doing this post briefly to alert everyone to this dental office EVERETT FAMILY DENTAL, 459 Broadway Everett. Because I don't want other people to go through what I'm going through. They made a crown on my tooth, at first it looked like it had gotten better, but now I had serious problems, I went to the emergency room at Everett hospital twice, unbearable pain, I took very strong medication and had side effects. On the day I got sick, my husband made contact with the clinic and they said he would return the money the other day. I went to another office, the rx was done, and they told me they shouldn't have done the crown. Now they are in the greatest difficulty to return my money, Several days my husband went personally to the clinic and they were promising that they would make the reimbursement, this happened several times. We are waiting for the return of money from 07/29/2020 until TODAY 01 September 2020.doney. I paid in cash and now they want to return my money by check for 4 to 6 weeks, I am waiting. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I booked two appointments for my kids and they harassed me with "reconfirmation"calls for a week. Sometimes even twice a day. Went to the appointment and we were called in 40 minutes late. The hygienist had zero bedside manners with my daughter and the dentist was even worse. Hygienist suggested an extraction and the dentist said otherwise. So unprofessional! Thankfully, they forgot or didn't care that my other daughter also was scheduled for a cleaning so I walked out with zero intention of ever returning to this place. I will not be returning to this dental clinic. I went there about a month ago for a cleaning and to be examined before starting an invisalign treatment. The wait was incredible -- after I sat in the dentist's chair, I waited twenty minutes just to have the attention of a hygienist. She began my cleaning, and then simply walked away. I didn't have the attention of any other dentists for another 30 minutes. The dentist finally came in and barely looked to my teeth before she told me I was free to go. I then told her that I needed a letter saying I was cleared for Invisalign. She told me not to do Invisalign and showed me that it had not worked for her own teeth. Since I had done a lot of research before choosing this treatment and felt quite comfortable with the risks, I thanked her for her advice. She made me feel very awkward, but since I needed this letter in order to start my treatment, I asked her again if I could have my letter for Invisalign. She very adamantly told me not to do Invisalign, and I had to slink away and ask the secretary (who is very nice) for the letter. I felt that the treatment at this office was unprofessional and I will certainly not be returning. A professional presents the pros and cons of a treatment and does not come down with an opinion one way or another. I would not recommend this office to anyone. read more

cant say enough good things about everett dental I had extensive dental work done including extractions and dentures so I spent alot of time there and was always well recei ved by everyone and treated with the utmost respect and kindness never went to the dentist as i was so afraid but found myself in a dental emergency and had no choice from that first dreaded phone call to my complete dentures everyone was terrific i have already been back for 6 month cleaning and will be back in 6 months more read more
