We had Everest Tree Service prune back several large trees for brush control recently. While I checked their contractor's license was valid, I also checked if they had a valid Workers Compensation policy. They did not have one that was valid. I mentioned this to Xavier, and I suggested they write a waiver stating that Everest was not responsible for any liability issues while performing the tree job. Xavier did write the waiver in his Quote. Also, the crew used my extension ladders without my permission which I thought was not professional of them. read more

We had an arborist come out for an emergency in July 2019 to secure and trim a limb that cracked from the heat. We were planning to reconnect for full trimming when the weather was cooler. In January 2020 we touched base and found that he had moved out of the country. He, somehow, received our text and pointed us to Everest. Gabriel and Javier were so knowledgeable that we felt very comfortable hiring them to trim our huge blue atlas cedar. The price was competitive and the work was fast. If you're looking to have your trees trimmed or cut down, this is the company for you. I give them 5 stars for that service. Unfortunately, this was a big job that entailed not only tree trimming but cleaning up a property that hadn't been cleaned up in years. That included removing dry bushes, dry grass etc. On the last day of work he sent a skeleton crew to finish the cleanup work that had to be done. ETS mailed a flyer to my residence advertising bobcat service. I telephoned and received a prompt call back which was good. We agreed to an appointment on Wednesday at 11A - 12P for an estimate. However nobody showed for that appointment. I texted but nobody replied. I called and left a voicemail but nobody responded. I realize that sh*t happens that's beyond control but to not communicate or return a customer's call/text is irresponsible and bad business. I can't speak to the quality of their job performance but I can attest that their service is poor. read more

I needed a large Ash tree removed and after contacting several tree service people decided on Everest Tree Service. Their price was competitive and did the job in one day. This was a large Ash tree with a trunk around 4 feet in diameter. They removed the tree, grind the stump down to level ground and did not harm a plant that was next to it which I was hoping could be saved but had my doubts. They cleaned the area afterwards really good and took all the wood away. I would highly recommend them. Great Job. read more
