The jhol momo was nicely packed (the sauce was packed separately so that the momos didn't become soggy). They gave enough sauces - momo sauce and chilli sauce (2 of each). I was really excited to find that Everest is back, and ordered my usual favorites - chicken steamed momo, chicken chowmein, and chilli chicken. As a long time customer, I am hugely disappointed by the change in flavors, excess oil, and overall reduced quantities. The chilli chicken is especially disappointing and the new version is more deep fried with a sweet and sour sauce (not the distinctive Everest style soy sauce/green chilli base). This small but mighty food truck serves delicious momos and chicken hakka noodles. The wok hei in noodles is spot on! The chef does a fabulous job in giving the momos and the hakka noodles the same flavor and texture all of us have grown up eating back home. The food is always ready in under 10 minutes and is packed perfectly, wrapped in silver foil first and then in individual boxes. The prices are very reasonable. Parking can be a bit tricky but we've always managed to find a spot to park and pick up our food.
