Ended up ok but was very nerve racking! Then when escrow was notified transaction may be cancelled and asked what fees may be charged if so, they immediately told the listing agent and the mls listing was changed to "back on market" before a formal cancellation of purchase was signed and delivered! Then when asked for my deposit back, they wanted to send a check or have me pick one up! Are you serious!?? What a horrible experience! Use someone else or beware!!
