They work with many of the other Real Estate Firms in my Town and have an extremely good local presence. Tiana comes from a mainly purchase transaction background and she has incorporated refinance loans into her business over the past 5 years and has become a 1 stop shop for me and my team. Many escrow companies have built themselves on mainly refinance business due to the low interest rate environment we have been in over the past 5 years and they generally tend to specialize in either purchase transactions or refinance transactions. When you find an escrow officer that specializes in purchase and kick's butt on refinance business too, you need to build a relationship with them IMMEDIATELY. Anyone that is successful in Real Estate knows you are only as good as your team and if you are looking for someone to help you with your purchase or refinance escrows Tiana and Carrie will be here for years to come and are 100% the right people to grow your business with.

This happened to my HOA when we hired First Residential and three others we hired. This wasn't the case with Common Interests. Common Interests has brought a level of professionalism, organization, and genuine care that has made a huge difference in our community. Kelly and team are responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every issue is addressed promptly and thoroughly. Whether it's coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, or helping the board navigate complex decisions, Kelly handles it all with grace and efficiency. Since partnering with Common Interests, we've seen major improvements and completed large projects which include a community wide landscape improvement project, water usage reduction project, pool renovation project, and a community CC&R change. Budgeting, and overall resident satisfaction has been high. Kelly's proactive approach and calm demeanor make board meetings run smoothly and make even the toughest challenges feel manageable. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. Truthfully, I had never rented my home before and was unsure what would be required or involved. Luckily, Legacy Property Management came thru in every way and has made the entire process seamless for me. My initial contact with Legacy Property Management started with Steve coming out to my property to personally discuss my needs regarding my home that I wanted to rent out. He was super helpful and answered all my questions as well as walked me thru the entire rental process. LPM was the only management company that offered to meet in person as the rest that I had called wanted to give me "estimates" over the phone without having ever seen my home. Steve was very personable and was someone I felt comfortable chatting with. Afterward, I've been very fortunate to work directly with Wayne who has been fantastic. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years experience in this industry. He promptly answers my email concerns / questions. He has been on top of my tenants requests and reaches out to me when only absolutely necessary. Otherwise the entire process has been hands off which is exactly what I wanted. Now that the 1st year is almost done, he's been proactive on the renewal process and provided his professional recommendation on next steps. Also I have to add that Wayne made the tax season easy for me and provided all the necessary documents promptly. I highly recommend Legacy Property Management to manage your home rental.
