Lunch buffet

Craving for Indian food after gym Went there at 11.07 , seems too early Went back at around 11.40 and food was out and ready. More people came after 12 so I think best to come after 11.30 during weekdays for lunch buffet The restaurant was clean, Food was so delicious as shown on pics. They don't have a lot of options, the only meat entree is 4 kinds of chicken I think, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, chicken curry, and some sort of chicken meatball? Only 2 dessert option as well, golab Jamin and rice pudding. But I ate a lot! Well worth the price (15.17 after tax before tip) each entree is super delicious, flavorful, super satisfying! The spinach and cheese curd curry was amazing and my favorite amongst all. Seems this small family Indian restaurant has been here for a long time (more than 15 years? or even longer) no other business in that plaza (especially restaurant, most of them didn't make it during or after Covid) is older than this one. Definitely worth to try!

Garlic Cheese Naan, Paneer Masala, Malai Chicken, Chicken Shaslik

This Indian food is really good. We have been looking for a place that did Nepalese Momo's and this did not disappoint. We only tried the chicken and they were delicious. Next time we'll try the bison. The tandoori chicken dish was delicious and we got the paneer dish as well. We will be back for sure!

This place was just a random restaurant I decided to try for lunch. It's very homey in here. Being Lao, we eat curry a lot so this was the first time I tried Indian curry. It was different considering how I've had it before but I thought it was delicious. Especially the rice and this sort of garlic bread thing we had. The curry was very flavorful, and there was a lot of chicken in it. I believe I had the curry that had the name of the place in its name. The portions are just right I would say. Just enough for one person. I would return here.

Really yummy place! I ordered the butter chicken and naan. It was good! My friend Spencer who came with me said his chicken didn't taste flavorful enough unfortunately, but I was very pleased with mine. The only downside is that It wasn't very easy to tell what foods were Nepalese and what foods were Indian, because both are served here. I think what I got was Indian. Our server was very efficient although not very conversational, which is okay . I would come back!

I'm working on exploring all the local Indian places. I've been to Bombay House, Flavors of India, India House, and now Everest. I had the garlic naan and butter naan, and coconut chicken korma. Everything was really good, though I don't know that it was anything special in comparison to the other places I've tried. Basically on par. It wasn't busy when I visited, which was nice. I have had a challenge finding an Indian restaurant with great service; so far, Bombay House leads the pack in that. The service wasn't bad, but it wasn't stellar either. I would probably return to Everest Curry Kitchen if anyone wanted to go, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way for it. P.S. There was a check-in special for Yelpers when I visited.

Staff is safe and very cautious. They kept good distance. Our server was super nice and attentive to our needs. Food was delicious and a great selection. Low traffic tonight but every one was spaced safely. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. Can't wait to eat here again.

We were meaning to take pictures but it smelled so good we dug right in. This is our first visit to Everest and they delivered. We got the Garlic Naan, basmati rice, Annapurna Chicken curry (medium heat) and tikka masala (hot). We especially loved the Annapurna; perfectly spiced, creamy blend of sweet and savory. Our drinks were always full and staff very helpful. We'll be coming for take out during my work week for sure.

That was yummy! Four…read moreof us (three adults and a toddler) went to this place for lunch. They had a great buffet and also gave us fresh naan for the table. I was impressed that they even had pani puri. I haven't seen that in the US outside of Chicago and Berkeley! They even prepped them for us. The sauces were spot on with delicious mint chutney and tamarind sauce. They had hot chai (no spice sadly) and some rose lemonade. I was so happy. Yummm.

We went at lunch time and were the only people there for the first little while. We opted for the buffet but were dissatisfied with the temp of the food. They had an Indian version of onion rings which were downright cold. And because they were cold the batter on the onions tasted stale and old. They also had 2 other appetizers that were fried and they also were cold, but I don't know what they were. The curries were lukewarm and the rice was warm, but everything turned cold immediately once put on a cold plate. We let the staff know that the food was cold and therefore unappetizing and they were very concerned, which we appreciated. They offered to not charge us for the buffet and to make us something from the menu, but we didn't think that was fair. They then offered to let us get more food from the buffet and to put it in the microwave. By this time it had been a good 30 minutes plus since we had originally got our food and they had immediately turned up the heat on the items as soon as we let them know of the issue. More people came in and when we wandered up to get more food all of the food items were much hotter by then. We enjoyed our second plates much more than the first because the food was hotter. They had a saag vegetable curry that was absolutely amazing! I usually go for the curry with paneer (it was paneer tikka masala this time) but the saag veggie curry was so good I had 2nds of that. They also had an egg biryanis, which I don't eat eggs, but I had some of the rice in the biryanis and I've never had rice like that! It was spicy hot (but not too hot) and had a ton of cinnamon flavor. It was very tasty. I can't say how the eggs would have tasted with all that cinnamon, but the rice was really good! All in all, I would give them a 2nd try because they really wanted to resolve our issue. The waitresses were really nice and concerned that we enjoyed our time there and our food. In the end, we did get hotter food and that was good, but I totally give them knocks on the rating for not having hot food when we got there.

What? An AYCE Buffet that actually cares about quality? Amazing…read more Just about everything I ate was very good. I had mash potatoes and beef gravy, battered shrimp, coconut shrimp, salmon, fried chicken, roast beef, roast chicken, ham, scone (with honey butter, yum), roll (with cinnamon hone butter, yum), clam chowder, horchata. All were enjoyable. Well, the roast beef was a bit dry and a tad tough, the salmon was slightly overcooked (as expected) but was acceptable and a nice addition to their menu. The apple crisp was good as was the lava cake and rice pudding. Even the fries were good. I am impressed how good everything was. The service was very nice. They clear your table of dirty dishes and offer to get you refills of drinks. When you pay at the beginning, ask for some cash to tip them. If you forget, you can run your card again and get some cash to leave a tip on the table. They were very pleasant and even when passing you by, they smile. It was a nice restaurant, very comfortable. I had a booth. The tables are nice and conducive to large parties. My favorite AYCE restaurant so far! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

We asked them for biscuits . They brought them out after we waited 10 mins & they apologized. They were super fresh & good but then they were out of gravy for the biscuits . They would bring out 5 pancakes at a time . Of course those would get taken really fast . They have several items to choose from but the kitchen could not keep up with the demand . Only good thing was everything was fresh because it would get taken so fast . People were standing around waiting for the kitchen to bring out food . Once the food was brought out it was immediately gone . It would be better if they prepared more food at a time . They do have an omelette station but that had a long wait too . They offer Pepsi products & Diet Coke .
