I have been using Everclean services for 3 years..I have been pleased with the person I have had for this year and she speaks English making my directions easier. I have to laugh that a couple of years ago, a newbie started sweeping up the leaves on my back patio. I thought that to be funny and endearing tho that's not in their job description. The attitude and professional ism of the cleaners and schedulers is consistently above par and their price is reasonable, allowing me to tip. They have a really hard job!! And they are in time. 2 ladies came to clean my house on Friday 7/22. They did a GREAT job with toilets and bathrooms. However, I have hardwood floors throughout my living room, and I wish they would have mopped them. Too, they were scheduled for 4 hours but started at 8:20am and left at 10am. (40 minutes shy) The 2 ladies were delightful, so no complaints with staff. read more

I have used EverClean for the last year. It's important for us to have the same crew cleaning our home as we don't want anybody into our home that we don't know. At first we had different crews, ((which I was very disappointed - and a waste of time for them and us as well, trying to learn the house and what needed to be cleaned). After talking to Rose a few times, she was able to get a regular crew to help us with our cleaning needs. For the last few months, we now have the dream crew, Maggie and Olga have been excellent, always on time, efficiant and work well together. They always ask when they come if we have any special requests, and if we do, they do it willingly. We used a different cleaning service for 16 years and we are looking forward to a long term relationship with EverClean. i've been using everclean for about a year and i continue to use them. i like that they will take appointments on saturday in addition to Monday - Friday. the price i pay is very reasonable and they are offering a groupon too. i get an email a couple days before my cleaning day to confirm the appointment and a day before with the time they will be there. i can tell who cleans by how well my place looks after. there have been a few times that it wasn't as well cleaned but still ok. read more

Not impressed. 2 people for 2 hours cleaning. They started in the bedroom upstairs and did okay. Then the bathroom..... Not that good of a job. Sure they cleaned it some but ***chipped the tub***, and left the grout lines unclean. Looked like work like a young kid would do... i.e. spray with a tub and tile cleaner and rinse it off... no brush to clean it. After they left I took a brush to the corners and grout and got it clean instantly. They must have ran out of steam after the bathroom since they did clean but it wasn't professional cleaning, just average. They didn't move the 8 x 10 run in the living room to sweep to vacuum under the rug, just a quick vacuum of the rug and poor sweeping around the rug. The area between the run and couch, about 3 inches, didn't look to be touched. I told them they didn't need to touch downstairs (split level house) since I was replacing the value in the toilet in that bathroom but I heard them go downstairs and open the door to the garage a couple of times. Seemed odd but figured I would figure out why they opened the door to the garage later. When they left I looked around... meh. I could have done better by myself in the same amount of time for what they did with two, AND not chip my tub. Oh, and the reason for the door to the garage opening.... that is where they put the trash. Good thing I looked since I don't use the garage that much and if I didn't look how long would it have taken for the trash to rot and stink up the place? Not impressed, actually a little mad about the tub, and not using everclean again. Update 15 Feb 16: Downgraded to 1 Star... Their reply is that I needed to find a service to repair the tub because "we don't have contractors that can do this kind of job. Well, my business relationship started with purchasing a Groupon over a year ago and since then got progressively worst. Many time the crews which came in had their own supplies, but due to our remodel I provided them, as well as giving a list of routine cleaning items. Some items got completed while others were overlooked. I did inform Sofia, as well as Rose Garrue of the quality of cleaning and needing some improvement. Customarily, 2- girls would come in for a 3-hour service working various areas of the house. Some of them were detail oriented and other's just "skim over" cleaning. Mind you, this was just cleaning not a deep cleaning job. Over the last month or so they seem to have problems with scheduling, promising me to be here then last minute or the day of apologizing for inconvenience. Plus, I just started seeing the billing issues with consistently being sent an invoice for a service they knowingly cancelled. But then promise 2x's to clean up. So TODAY, when they promise a week ago to be here, an email was sent at 7:52 am they wouldn't be able to accommodate scheduling, but could move me out another week. THAT was my last straw to discontinue a business relationship. It's obvious the writing on the wall THE CUSTOMER ISN'T OF IMPORTANCE. read more

We used EverClean for a couple of years. They were never what we would consider a top-notch cleaner, but they cleaned just enough and for a low enough price that it was better than doing it ourselves. In the last few month, their sub-par cleaning became even less so. They don't put furniture or rugs or anything back where it started. They leave thick streaks of oil with lint on the stainless steel appliances. There is mold growing in our shower at eye level even though it gets "cleaned" every two weeks. At the beginning of the month they just didn't show up because of a "scheduling" error, even though we've had the same schedule for two years. And most recently, they tried to increase the amount we pay because they said it was taking them longer to clean the house. They increased the invoice from 4 hours of cleaning to five hours of cleaning, without telling us ahead of time. They just told us we owed them more money. When I looked at our alarm system to see when the doors were opened and closed, they were not cleaning for any more than THREE hours on several occasions. I do NOT recommend using EverClean! read more

This company is a joke. Worst customer service ever. Didn't even make it through the actual cleaning service offered by them due to their horrible customer service. They are unresponsive, disregard your email questions, and can't give you straight answers. Oh yeah and the Cecilia employee is useless and has super lack of responsiveness via email or phone. I ended up returning my Groupon deal purchase just because of this and because they tried to tell me that they wouldn't honor my voucher because they considered my request a "move in" cleaning request when my new home has some furniture and all I wanted was a basic standard cleaning of the home. Purchased as a Groupon as a gift for my mother in law. I think they did alright cleaning- nothing over the top, but also not terrible. My biggest complaint with this company is their poor communication/disorganization. Our appt was rescheduled twice, causing nearly a two week delay. The first time they attempted to come to the home at a different time than was scheduled. But for me noticing the discrepancy, no one would have been there. The second time they rescheduled at the last minute, citing car trouble. They provided me an extra hour of cleaning for the inconvenience. However, they never actually provided the cleaning. When I asked about that, they said I needed to purchase another cleaning for them to honor that ....what? At the time of this post, I haven't heard back from them. I first used this service through a Groupon. They did a great job. I called them on short notice as I was having family in town and they accommodated me. I came home to find they had exceeded my expectations. I left a list and although I told them they didn't need to do certain areas if time didn't allow, but they cleaned all those areas anyway. We purchased a groupon for a 3 hour cleaning service to try out some cleaners. Upon purchase when I called to book I was asked to email a specific person, so I did. Gina helped set me up an appointment quickly. However, she informed me my house was too large so I would need to give her my card to be charged for an extra hour. I gave her my card info to do so. The day of the cleaning two ladies came in and cleaned very swiftly. In about 2 hours they were "done" and quickly left. Upon inspecting the house to see what quality of cleaning we got for the 4 hours we paid for, to find a half done job. A really basic cleaning and they did some dusting which was nice. We purchased a "deep cleaning" so I expected at least the baseboards and cabinets would have been wiped down but they were not. The chemicals they used left a thick chalky residue in our shower and on our counters. We were definitely not satisfied with the services. Especially being told we needed to be up-charged and then getting half (if even) of what we paid for. UPDATE: Misunderstanding with coupon, not clarified at time. Was not charge for extra hour not used. Will not be trying again but appreciate the company reaching out. read more

I was not pleased at all. My first try at using their service recommended by someone on Facebook. To begin with one of the ladies knocked a ceramic bird whistle off the mantle I even heard it drop but they did not fess up, later I found the pieces. I was not aware they only clean one floor. I have a split floor house and the downstairs exists to the back yard and they said you don't do basements. In my mind that means unfinished basements. My basement has a finished bed room, a laundry room, a bath room and a large play room. Had I known that I would not have paid to have just half the house cleaned, good lord I thought I was getting a deal and whoa this was a rip off. Very rushed and crappy job, they did not even mop the hardwood floors in one of the two bedrooms on the floor they did spend time cleaning, nor did they wipe down any surfaces in there. I tried to communicate with them in English and they seemed annoyed. The spoke in Spanish while doing their cleaning making rude comments about my house, this neighborhood, etc. Like how dirty it was, I'm like well duh! why do you think I hired help, cause I am a fulltime working mom with two children . They didn't realize that just because I am white does not mean I do not know how to speak Spanish, which made the entire experience that much more uncomfortable, I'm glad I was home. To top it all off. The cleaners showed up and cleaned for 1.5 hours then said they were done, after the email I was sent said 3.5 hours of cleaning. I was polite and did pay them because I did not want an incident and was home alone, out numbered and not comfortable with them in my house any longer. I purchased a Denver Daily Deal for aeration and fertilization services from EverClean. I had requested services on Mondays or Fridays (since I work from home on those days and am able to give them access to my yard). I was initially told that they only do aeration on Tuesdays - requiring me to take leave from work. I agreed to do so, but was pleased to receive an email saying that they could get to me on Monday after all. Monday afternoon I received an email telling me that they would not be able to make it because the ground was too wet (which is likely a very good reason with all of the rains we've had recently), and that it would have to be Tuesday. When I requested a time window (before noon or after noon), I was told that they could be no more specific than between 9 and 5. I spent the entire day at home waiting for their lawn care crew to arrive. Around 4:30 I became concerned that I might have been bumped from the schedule so I called to confirm, but only reached voicemail (where I did leave a message). I emailed also, but have received no response. I could not be less satisfied with the lack of professionalism and total disregard for the value of my time (as they were aware that I was taking leave from work to accommodate their schedule). They may have done a good job if they'd shown up, but I wouldn't book with them unless you have unlimited free time. read more

Sadly I do not know what has happened with this company. Typically very nice crew. We had put in pet cameras a few months ago given we had an over night trip and wanted to keep an eye on how our pets did. After I found bathroom trash under our bed and was confused I thought to check the library bank as we'd never taken those cameras down. Unfortunately I saw not only the bath trash on the bed but also that the tile floor had not been mopped for a few visits (which explained why I had begun to see large dust bunnies by things). Still think the crew is very nice but thinking about their pattern am not sure they are happy or potentially are over worked. But watching the trash (and the poor woman coughing hard - unfortunately on the bed as well as she was straightening which is sad that she could not be home taking care of herself), I canceled this service. read more

I bought a Groupon for Everclean, $60 for 4 hours of cleaning. My house just needed a clean better than I would do myself so I booked with Everclean. Christina and Lorena came shortly after the beginning of the 2 hr arrival window provided and took about 2.5 hrs to clean 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and living space. They were so sweet, and did a great job! I would give 5 stars but there were a few things I noticed that weren't wiped down as well as I would like and some cobwebs still on my vaulted ceilings. Rude, inefficient and unorganized. I've been getting my house cleaned by them for a few months now every two weeks. Over half the time there's been scheduling issues plus issues with untimely responses. The cleaning has almost always been great, but trying to get it scheduled is painful. I've called, texted and emailed for a week with no response to schedule my missed appointment (that they didn't show up for) after they billed me for no work done. Finally got a response after 4 days to refund my money, but no return to setup my missed appointment. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not use these people. I thought I would use them for a one time cleaning before a party, and everything that could go wrong did. I scheduled them about a week before I needed them. First, they did not show up in the 2 hour window we had agreed on. I had to call twice before I got through. Then I was told that they were just informed that the crew had car trouble and needed to come three hours later. This would get too close to the party, so I said that would not work. They told me they would call me back, and after about 10 minutes I was told another crew could get there in an hour. That was the best they could do so we agreed. They showed up and I left for the 2 hours because I had errands. When I came back I paid them, then inspected the house. Basic things were not clean, such as the counter tops not being wiped down. Finally, two weeks later, I just got a call from them saying I had an open invoice (for the wrong date) and they needed to know if I paid my bill because the crew doesn't remember. This was such a waste of money- go somewhere else. read more

Purchased 4 hr. cleaning on amazon. 2 cleaners came for 1/12 hrs. And one of the cleaners spoke on the phone most of the time. I know because I was working in my home office. When they were done they were half way out the door and shouted goodbye. There wasn't any checking to see what I thought about their work before leaving. They did a very sloppy job. Most mirrors weren't touched . Bathtub wasn't clean and my floors were left with streaks. House just felt as grimy as before they came. Maybe because it was an Amazon Deal? read more

We have tried 4-5 different cleaning services in the Metro area and EverClean fulfills all our expectations. We are at home to let in the cleaners, so we don't have any issues with keys. I really appreciate that two (or even three!) ladies show up, and they get the job done quickly. Quick doesn't mean sloppy, and everything is completed to our satisfaction. At the scheduling end, Rose is great if we need to reschedule. The ladies show up within the proper time and we get an email confirming our appointment. I became a customer of EverClean about a year ago when I was recovering from surgery. I was so pleased with their services, that I've been sold on them ever since. I've read a couple of the negative comments and, really, I'm surprised, because communicating with Sofia and Rose has been so easy, there has never been a problem with billing or scheduling, and the ladies doing the actual cleaning do a great job. They add little touches like folding the toilet paper into a little triangle and they remake my bed into a luxury-style hotel bed! They were on time. They were very noisy even though they knew I was working at my computer. The girl vacuuming was very rough...running into walls, knocked the power out to my computer and didn't notice. I had to redo the rug in the living room as it looked as if it had not been vacuumed. The wood floor..you could wipe a paper towel and it was dirty as if they had not cleaned the floors everywhere. The refrigerator was barely touched...the top, not at all. The lady dusting just dusted around things and also was rough..knocking a collectible to the floor. I was very disappointed. read more

It's too easy to say "don't use this company" based on my experience, but the reality is there are plenty of home cleaning services that treat you more respectfully than Everclean. I bought the $69/4hr Groupon with Everclean after reading a few reviews (I should of read more). After buying it, I called and left about 8 messages to call me to set up a time. We're retired so flexible. They never returned my calls. I emailed them several times, and even texted their contact phone which was a mobile phone. No response. After a couple months I filled out the form, because my daughter said this was the only way she got them to respond. I got an email, and they gave me a date, which actually was the last day of the Groupon. So I asked for a time, they said they would "tell me later." Like I had no choice. They picked a Saturday. A day before the cleaning, my wife had removed pet items, made sure she was home, and they wrote an cancelled saying it was a "family emergency." OK, you give the benefit of the doubt. They said they would honor the expired Groupon so I asked for another date, THEY picked the date, and I requested a weekday for our convenience. They picked the 14th. I said can you give me a time, "Dianne" wrote and even texted me that I would receive the time "two days before the service date." I wrote back and said, that's fine, just not early morning, we pick up our grandson. No response. I wrote again and asked. No response. I never got a time 2 days before the cleaning day as promised. The day of the cleaning I texted "Dianne" and reminded her of the cleaning, that I hadn't received a time, and to call/text "when" they were coming. Got no response. Later in the afternoon, Dianne, "emailed" me acknowledging the cleaning scheduled for today, but alleged hadn't "confirmed" so she was cancelling and rescheduling for later in the week! Even though I had emailed and texted her confirming the cleaning, but asking for a time. My daughter had the same groupon, and Everclean cancelled the day of the cleaning with the excuse of "sick." They tried to leave before the 2 hours (2 people x 2 hrs = 4 hrs) was up, and failed to do several of the items, and left an area of the carpet un-vacuumed. She is writing a similar review. I haven't heard back from Dianne, trying to apologize, explain, or rectify the matter. It's obvious this company treats the Groupon customers with the lowest priority and in doing so refuse to communicate or treat them as bottom of the barrel. Since we never got to experience their cleaning abilities, I can't speak to their abilities, but shared my daugther's experience. But if you can't even get a service company to communicate with you, even email or text, how can your run a business? Don't bother with this company. There are plenty of cleaning services in the area, and many offer Groupon or other discounts. The idea is to try out the service and see if you want to continue with a long term service contract, but some companies like Everclean don't see it this way, but just someone trying to give a cheap deal, and they respond in kind. And be aware when you see a company that gets a lot of bad reviews but there are some rare "glowing reviews", consider this company uses people and employees to post these reviews to counter the real reviews when their bad. I'm sure this company and some of it's people can provide a quality service, but first you have to communicate that service. Attention Rose G "Business Owner" you need to check into your Denver Everclean business! Good business starts with effective communication, and ends with quality service. Re-Attention Rose G "Business Owner. I wrote to you to give Everclean a second chance and offered to have your service people come back, but nearly a week later, you haven't responded. Is the communication problem with EverClean rising to the top? Update: After waiting a week for "Rose" the business owner to contact me, I got a call from "Diane" the local EC coordinator. She apologized, after Rose told her to call me, and offered to come today. Since we had company coming later this evening, and she said they could come at 1:30 pm, I said yes, to save my wife some extra work. Come 1:30 pm, no service. We waited 2 hours, still no service, no call. I happen to check my email and "Dianne" had sent me another cancellation (3rd one) they couldn't make it and maybe next week. No bother to call as we sat here waiting for the service to call. And get this, after all this. . the 2 ladies show up at 3:10pm to clean. They can't even tell their own service people they cancelled the service! Don't bother with this company. They have no professionalism, no business sense. We've given this company every possible opportunity and accommodation, and they keep failing to show. Find another company. We've contacted GroupOn several times and reported them, and we'll be moving on to another cleaning service from here. read more

0 stars.  The first time they cleaned was the only time a decent job was done.  Each time after was worse and more things were missed.  The last time, they didn't dust or vacuum!  I contacted them asking for a discount on the service and asked about some items that were broken and one item missing.  I never heard back regarding the broken and missing items.  Communication with this company is really bad. Lots of back and forth and I don't think the people at Everclean communicate to each other or the customer.    Beware!  I do not recommend at all.  You are throwing your money away if you use this company. read more
