I feel like they PLAN their mode of operation to extract as much money from you that they can. They will convince you to buy multiple packages and upgrade your bundles. It's ridiculous. It's hard to say no because they are very convincing and are nice. They will compliment you as a part of their ploy. For example, they convinced me to agree to paying for my "acne" facial with two packages which totals to about $100! The only difference that this provides is that they use acne products but it's the same amount of time and the procedure is the same as a basic facial. That's so scammy. If you post a "before" and "after" photo on Facebook or Instagram, they'll give you a free facial session or $35 worth of product.

She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was concerned how was I going to be outside this summer with 8 treatments remaining. Glad it won't be an issue now. The woman who did my laser (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very informative and made me feel comfortable. This was my second session so I'm still pretty new. I added on a new service, my upper lip (because why be hairless everywhere else and still have a mustache?!) and the woman walked me through what it would feel like and even did a test on my neck before we began- I appreciated that. The next time I visited was a few months later and she was re-reading my past results and told me I had gallstones. I asked her why didn't you tell me this information when I had the telehealth visit, she said she forgot to turn the page. The second time was when I was getting a checkup. She told me I was missing the last dose for a vaccine, I had only gotten two doses. The second vaccine I had taken was over a year ago. I told her that no one informed me that I needed a third vaccine otherwise I would have scheduled it. She said I was the one who needed to schedule the vaccine appointment. I was going to the doctor's office consistently so she failed to notice that I needed an additional vaccine for a year. She never apologized for her office's mistake or took any accountability. Her secretaries barely speak any English so it is hard to get anything done. For example, I was at a radiology office and Dr. Xu forgot to sign the referral order. Her office refuted that the referral was not signed. The intake person repeated what she said over three times. They eventually faxed over the referral but it was not signed. This incident wasted 30 minutes of my time because of Dr. Xu office's uncooperativeness. The last incident was that I asked her office for a letter with my medical conditions and treatments for work purposes. She told me that she has no responsibility to provide me any documentation. This is a clear violation of my hipaa rights.
