I am not sure where to start. I hired them due to the great communication via text. Plus the awesome ratings on YELP. They came to wash 31 solar panels ($110) and to clean 40 windows upstairs and downstairs ($260) Ernesto covered the windows inside. Efrain and Ernesto argued a lot inside and outside of the house. I asked Ernesto how long have they been working together he said 20 years. Efrain told him he is taking too long and stick with the plans. My windows looked better when they were done however, I had to point out the streaks, bird residue, and other a window wasn't done. I was showing him issues either it was said the vinyl bled (never had this excuse or problems from other companies), bird crap is hard, and oh he should have taken care it. Ernesto downstairs starting talking abrasive to me after I told him Efrain wanted me to show him my issues when I was done. I was tired of all and just decided to pay them not to deal with all the headaches and flaws that are still there some are noticeable. They do not clean the outside track Efrain when done said that is extra never mentioned it all. The tracks inside were wet and still dirty. The pictures below is what was left and what I had to fix. If they did it right the first time it was a difference of a minute. The before and after pics or what I fixed. I find it was very unprofessional and I have now learned my lesson. I will not use or recommend this company again to anyone. Lesson learn I will get recommendation from friends and colleagues. read more
