They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. Then on day to repair poked holes in the gutters that weren't there before. Two, the estimate had no discount offered which was unexpected. I reached out to Alexander and he said management would re-estimate. We never heard from your company again. Three, the original (undiscounted) estimate was $43,000 for copper ( 130 linear feet plus 90 downspout) or $200 a linear ft. $7,800 for aluminum. $200 a ft for copper is 5 times what we paid another company. Please stick to the truth in your replies.

We already had another estimate to compare and there was no comparison. Raul is very easy to deal with. The pricing was fair and on Tuesday we committed and on Saturday (same week) we had the installation. Raul's crew is very competent and efficient! Hard workers! Got the job done in one day - 130 linear ft gutters. And 90 ft downspouts. Cleaned up after and Raul was on site working the whole day. He allowed me to do my research and did not pressure me into agreeing on the proposal. Unfortunately, my experience was one of the most stressful home improvement projects I have ever undertaken. The project involved drainage improvements, catch basins, pavers, and foundation waterproofing. Throughout the project, I felt that I had to closely monitor the work daily to ensure that items discussed and included in the contract were actually completed. For example, catch basin baskets that contractually were included in the scope were ultimately not installed, and I was not informed of this change until I specifically asked about them near the end of the project. Another example occurred when the project was presented to me as complete even though the pavers had not yet been compacted and polymeric sand had not been installed. Those items were completed only after I questioned them, reinforcing my feeling that I needed to closely monitor the work to ensure the agreed-upon scope was fully carried out. Another concern arose when Edgar agreed to remove an existing fascia board as part of the project. Instead of first removing the fasteners, a member of his crew pried the fascia board off, causing damage to the underlying roof structure. The damage was significant enough that I later had to hire another contractor and spend thousands of dollars to properly repair it. Communication was the biggest issue. Estimates, responses, and follow-up were consistently late, and I often had to reach out multiple times just to get a reply. Now that the project is complete, I have called and texted multiple times for promised waterproofing pictures. Despite continuing promises, I have not received anything. The lack of communication, the need for constant oversight, the unresolved concerns about workmanship, and the failure to provide promised documentation made this a very stressful and disappointing experience. I understand that no project is perfect, but good contractors stand behind their work and communicate with their customers after the job is finished. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We scheduled an appointment quickly and they arrived a little earlier than expected. Three technicians completed the work. They first connected equipment to the outside dryer vent, where some lint came out, but not much. They then pulled the dryer away from the wall, removed the vent hose, and vacuumed the duct. There wasn't much lint inside either. After the cleaning, another technician came which I asked a couple questions. I mentioned that I was surprised there wasn't much lint, and he explained that my dryer vent is working properly because it vents directly outside instead of traveling a long distance through the walls. I also asked how often I should have it cleaned. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary services, he told me it wasn't something I needed regularly. He recommended having it checked about every two years for peace of mind and safety. It's very rare someone (especially a business) is honest and I was grateful for his professional opinion. Overall, I like their punctuality and I will always recommend a company that gives straightforward advice instead of trying to upsell you.

Called AJ's and Jorge was able to stop by the following day. He was able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and provide us education for the future! (builder left stucco blocking the outside vent so limited air was exiting our vent). Testing out a load right now but so far, no condensation or shushing sound at the wall vent. Dryer is running quietly. Jorge and his team provided great service, friendly, and affordable pricing. Highly recommend!!
