Quick, affordable and amazing customer service. Will definitely be asking Ever Clean to come back to clean our gutters and solar panels

I hired Everclean to clean my windows on our home in Costa Mesa. It's a 2 storey house with lots of windows, so it wasn't an easy job. Ever Clean did a great job for me and I'd have no hesitation in hiring this company again and recommending its services. I contacted the company through yelp and received a prompt reply with a quote for the work to be done. The price was competitive with other quotes I received - not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I chose Ever Clean because i got straight forward answers to my questions and was able to set up a date and time for the work to be done that worked for me. The window cleaner arrived right on time, proceeded to do the work professionally and efficiently and left my windows sparkling clean. I couldn't believe the difference. If you need window cleaning services, you can't go wrong with Ever Clean. read more

Very responsive to all correspondence. The technician (Paul) showed up on time and was extremely careful of not damaging any tiles. Paul made sure that all of the sticky pollen was removed and no residue remained. My solar panels look new again!! I'm definitely going to be using this company on a regular basis read more

Efrain was very quick to respond and book. The window cleaning was fast and efficient. Windows and screens are so nice and fresh just in time for summer. We had not cleaned them in years so they were dirty as were the tracks. The tracks were not as clean as the windows and screens after the service and we learned after asking why, that a deep clean was necessary. So make note if your tracks are pretty dirty let Efrain know so you won't be disappointed. read more

The Good: So I moved into a place that had solar panels but they were dirty, filthy even because of all the rain, wind, and fires. I never knew that they should be clean every 6 months. Well EverClean had the best prices so I gave them a shot. Paul was the tech, he was here at the earliest appointment time, the window was between 12-2 and he was here a bit before noon. He got right to work and answered some of my questions, like when should I clean them, how often, and he even tried to figure out what my solar panels produced but no luck. The panels look brand new and all the other solar panel owners are now jealous of how shiny mine look. The Bad: Your roof and surrounding areas may get wet, but I hope you would know that going in. The Ben: Messaged on Yelp and got a quote in a few hours. Everything else was done through texts, from the appointment time to contact information. I guess I should get this done twice a year and Paul will be my guy, thanks. read more

Efrain was always prompt to respond, and was very accommodating to my requests. He also kept track of the weather and messaged to recommend we switch dates a few days before, because of possible rain. They worked on the screens and windows, and I have been doing a double take when I go past my windows, because for a second or so, I feel like there is no glass, because they are so spotlessly clean!! Very happy with the service and I highly recommend them if you are looking to get your windows clean and you want someone professional and reliable for the job. read more

I'm so glad I found Everclean through Yelp! The owner, Efrain, was easy to communicate with and very friendly. His team, Ernesto and Bob did a wonderful job cleaning our windows--and They came COVID-19 prepared. My husband is very picky and detail-oriented when it comes to cleaning jobs, and he was very impressed with the work that they did! They were quick, efficient and thorough and made sure to get every last spot. Our windows are very old and they made them look brand-new. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality and detail that you get. I'm happy we were able to support a small-business during this time and will definitely be calling them back! read more

We were skeptical when we called three or four other companies and the prices ranged from $400 to $800 and Efrain quoted $280 to do the same thing, which was to remove our gutters around three sides of our two-story house. With the impending rain, we were afraid it might make our situation worse so we needed someone asap. Efrain was responsive, professional, and who could beat that price?! Called on a Monday, he came out on Thursday. He showed up early and was thorough (cleaned up after he was done). We couldn't be more happy! read more

I requested a quote on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, they had scheduled a time for me on Tuesday. Clear communication leading up to my appointment regarding timing & payment. They did an AMAZING job cleaning our gutters that we hadn't cleaned in nearly 5 years. We could watch all the leaf debris fall away onto our windows & patio. Then, Ever Clean carefully cleared away all the debris, leaving our windows and patio cleaner than they have been in years. Truly expert job and I'll be hiring them for future work with no hesitation. The only thing to note: if you have skittish pets, I would recommend being sure they are distracted during the process. It is a bit noisy. read more

Contacted Ever Clean on Monday for a quote to clean out my rain gutters and Efrain promptly provided the most reasonable quote for 2 technicians to come Wednesday morning (today) to complete the job in approximately 2 hours. They arrived 2 minutes before 7am and efficiently began the job with their tall ladders so as not to step onto our roof (we had requested that they minimize standing on our roof tiles). For 2 solid hours they used a 30+ foot ladder to maneuver around to all our rain gutters to hand scoop out and spray out the thick layers of dirt and grime that had settled into them over the last 5+ years. They disposed of all the debris into the trash and cleaned up after themselves. They even took a before and after picture so I could see the difference in gutters. I couldn't have asked for more and I have already shared their info with some of my friends. I am now ready for the rain storms coming into town tomorrow thanks to Efrain and the Ever Clean staff! read more

Our downspouts and gutters needed clearing out, after a couple of years of ignoring them. Ever Clean responded immediately to my inquiry, offered a fair quote, and made an appointment for the next day. Paul came out and worked hard. We appreciated his courtesy, his industriousness, and his thorough clean up. Ever Clean is now our gutters solution. We've arranged for them to come out every year, after the leaves come down, and get us into good shape. Very pleased with their service and efficiency. Highly recommended! read more

The first time Ever Clean cleaned our windows was a 5 Star. Paul and Raul did a great job. The second time was Horrible. Only Paul showed up. I was told Raul's truck broke down and he wouldn't make it. I offered to reschedule so two guys could do the work but Paul said No. After Paul said he was done I asked him to come with me to check his work. Started upstairs, Needless to say I didn't expect to see dirty spotted windows and no tracks cleaned. Downstairs, some windows OK but many windows were also spotted, streaked and still looked dirty. Paul was embarrassed and said he would redo of the problem windows, including the tracks. He tried to reclean but it just didn't look right. Never did the tracks. He was in a big hurry-too much for him, needed Raul. Said he was done but reminded him to do the garage doors. He rushed that too. I paid him and, because of the problems, I gave him a smaller tip than the first time. Later, I went out front and saw that Paul had left his lunch trash on the lawn. Guess he didn't like his tip! Unacceptable widow cleaning and bad behavior. Cannot recommend Ever Clean and will never call again for service. read more

This is the second 5-star review we've left for Ever Clean after using their service for second time. We called Efrain Duran again because we were so pleased with the level of service we received the first time. As with our first experience, Efrain was very responsive and efficient in scheduling our service. He assigned Jesse to do the cleaning. Jesse arrived exactly on time, was extremely kind and professional, and worked very hard on a very hot day. He did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure having Jesse do this work for us and we are grateful for his very high level of service.
