I hired Efrain to wash the four outside second story windows. He was quick in responding to my request, gave me a very fair price, communicated clearly about when he would arrive, arrived on time, was congenial and courteous. He did a great job and left no mess behind. I will definitely use him again. read more

Ephraim was very responsive from the get go on Yelp messaging. He ended up coming out the next day and cleaned our solar panels. I mentioned to him that our roof tiles were fragile and he did break one but he also told me and fixed it with cement. We will have them come out again to wash the panels in the future and in the next month he'll come out to clean our windows too. Glad we found Ephraim on Yelp! Highly recommend. read more

I was very pleased with the quote and date they gave me to clean windows on a vacant home in Monrovia. At 6 am, the day of the appointment, I received a text message and was told they had to cancel my appointment because the Beverly Hills appointment canceled so it wasn't worth their effort to come to Monrovia. I told him I didn't understand what the Beverly Hills cancellation had to do with my appointment. I told him that I didn't think this was a reason to cancel since we had confirmation an felt this was not the way to handle business. With that he said since" I was rude," and he would not try to give me another appointment date. End of story, will never try to book again with them, no professional way to take care of business. Beverly Hills is not close to Monrovia and not a reason to cancel. read more

Great job Ernesto ! He cleaned the windows and left the windows shining they responded immediately, and scheduled the cleaning within days before putting the house for rent . I appreciate their quick response , and efficient work . The only area I would say needs improvement, would be client personal connection. Sometimes we like to speak with the person vs just texting . read more

I would think if you received feedback stating windows were still dirty you would return so I can show you the work, I did receive a call but I was hoping for a return visit to see the work I was pointing out. I would not recommend. read more

Unfortunately, I can't co-sign the great reviews. We were having window leakage that seemed related to the gutters being clogged or overflowing. Efrain seems like a nice enough guy, and the worker he sent was quick and responsive. It was quite expensive for what is a limited amount of gutter length, but that was fine. They cleaned the gutters but the leaks kept happening. I got on the roof myself and called another company and found that the gutters had not been properly attached to the roof and the water was in between the roof and house. While the gutters were cleaned, it was useless. They had shown videos of the water properly flowing through the gutter but the hose had been placed directly in the gutter, not coming down the roof. Ultimately, we had to replace the entire system so the cleaning was a full waste of money. Unfortunately, since this is their business, they must have known that but done it anyways, thinking we'd never be wise to it. read more

wow. just had our solar panels cleaned by this company and I am so upset. first he complained that we had broken shingles. I am sorry we didn't know and if you don't feel you can do the job because of them...then tell us!! no problem! but he did the job anyways and then complained to us that it took him longer than anticipated and he was doing us a favor by not charging more. Well, he shouldn't charge more because he gave us a price based on the Google earth image he found online. BUT what really ruins this is that he COMPLETELY REMOVED A PART OF OUR POOL GATE RIGHT NEXT TO TJE POOL GATE DOOR. it is not locked. all you have to do is pull the handle up. And they didn't put it back!! Any company doing work on your house should put things back the way they found it. I have two very small children and that is why I have a pool gate. so removing a piece puts them I immediate danger if I am not made aware. Wow!!! and he won't come back to put it back..not that I'd want him to because this was just a horrible experience read more

We received an estimate on Yelp by the company's owner Efrain. It was a very fair price for cleaning our 15 solar panels. His estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest, he was right in the middle. I am so glad we chose Ever Clean to clean our panels. He was on time and got right to work. The panels look great and we even set up a return visit in about six months. Don't waste your time with anyone else, choose Ever Clean and you won't be sorry. Thanks Efrain. read more

Roof cleaning A+. Moses did a great job cleaning my roof of moss/algae. It builds up over time making it unsightly. I also had the outside of my windows cleaned. I was at first disappointed that I noticed a film on some of my windows the next day and left a message with the owner. Efrain called me back immediately and explained that double panel windows get dirty because moisture builds up between the panels. I tried cleaning one of the outside windows while speaking to him and agreed that the window was still foggy in places. I did bring up that my backyard patio was left with dirt everywhere and it should have been cleaned up. Efrain said that he would address my issue. Overall, I was pleased with the work done. read more

Excellent response and service. Arrived on-time and finished quickly. Great price for the work complete.

Called Ever Clean to clean my solar panels due to reduced power production. Its been a few years since I had them installed and their was a pretty good film of dirt on them. I reached out via Yelp and got an immediate response from Efrain. He quoted me an excellent price and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I let him know that nobody would be home to review the results and pay him. He said he could be here first thing in the morning, text me pictures of the clean panels and let me pay using the Zelle app. Agreed to service. I left for work at 6:45AM and Efrain was already prepping the job. We spoke briefly and he assured me I would be happy with his service. He comes prepared with ionized water and a soft brush to safely clean the panels. Well two hours later I get a text message from Efrain with a picture of the panels looking just like new. I will definitely use Ever Clean for my next cleaning. read more

Great service. We used them for solar panel cleaning and exterior window cleaning. They arrived on-time, and were done quickly. Everything was put back correctly. The solar panels and windows look great. Our solar production was way down due to the ash from the fires, and they hadn't been cleaned in the five years we've had them. Our production jumped about 30% from pre-cleaning. Wow. read more

This is the second year they have cleaned our solar panels and they were on time, had the right equipment and did an amazing job quickly

Just wanted to share my experience this past week woth Ever Clean. My daily solar production went up by about 2+kw per day since they cleaned my panels. Before they cleaned my panels my highest production day this year was 16.46 kw and have never gone beyond low 17 kw. Yesterday my panels produced 18.99 and I only have 12 solar panels. I called about 7 companies and Ever Clean gave me the most affordable price for the service. Ernesto who cleaned my panels was very professional and did not rush the job. The whole cleaning process took about 1.5hrs from setup to clean up including hosing down the debris from my driveway. The staff at Ever Clean are really great and good people. Highly recomend this company read more

I had an excellent experience with Ever Clean. Paul worked very hard and did a careful and thorough job. Great job. Good deal. Nice work on a hot day. They inspected everything cleaned everything. I saw a 9kwh boost in performance the next day.

I've used Ever Clean before and I knew the work would be done professionally with a great amount of care and attention. My gutters were pretty full and required taking handfuls of debris out by hand and bagging them. But I knew it would be done right. I had forgotten just how well they clean up the area as Efrain did a great job cleaning all around and all the driveway too. Pricing was the same as last year which I thought was great. read more
