In 2021, I reached out to a few vendors at 9:30pm on a weekday to get a quote for gutter cleaning in the Westwood area. Ever Clean was the fastest to respond, and turned out to also be the most reasonable quote. Jonathan set an appointment & then was punctual, thorough, tidy, & professional. He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. Jonathan is so reliable that I have been a loyal client - but have never even met him in person. In reading through the reviews, my conclusion is that Efrain and Gio/Geo have multiple personality disorder. I see so many 5 star reviews and yet my experience was so awful. In reading the few other 1 star reviews, I believe their stories because it happened to me. I hate to re-hash every step of my bad experience - from being dirty, unprofessional, untimely, rude and mentally manipulative (trying to make it my fault). If Efrain feels like winning the lottery by charging me $270 without doing the work, then I hope he strikes it rich one day. read more

I recently contacted EC regarding my solar panels that were in need of a deep cleaning and I was extremely happy with the service I received, especially for the price. The employee who came was right on time and very courteous. He briefly explained the process to me and after about an hour, all my panels were cleaned and looked nearly brand new. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about ever clean! I was looking for a reasonably priced window in solar panel cleaning, and so glad I found them. I had received quotes of anywhere from a few dollars per panel, to more than $30 per panel, which I thought was the most ridiculous thing in this world. Efrain As much reasonably priced. Along with a price comes fantastic customer service. The best part about his business is that they can schedule a time even when you're not home, they will send you before and after pictures, and can collect money through electronica payment! For those of us who have busy schedules during the day, I can't imagine a better scenario. Super responsive and competitively priced. I reached out requesting a quote for gutter cleaning via Yelp and I heard back within an hour with a quote. I had reached out to a number of places and I only received one other quote that was as good on price. I was able to schedule them for the next day which was super convenient. The tech, Jesse, arrived on time and was super polite and professional. Our gutters were pretty packed due to over grown trees, but Jesse had them all cleaned out in a few hours. He took before and after pictures, cleaned up all debris, and took payment for the quoted price, with no hidden charges, fees or any of that. This company did a really good job. Plus Isidro, who cleaned the interior windows was able to see better from the inside to touch up any areas the outside person cleaning didn't get. I forgot how much cleaner the whole house looks once all the windows are so clean. Once the windows are professionally cleaned they tend to stay cleaned longer than doing it myself. The gutters were cleaned and he unclogged the gutter downspouts, ensuring proper drainage. He also cleaned the surrounding areas, not leaving behind any mess. Called on a Monday morning and got a quick response. Efrain was able to come to my house in about an hour. I only had a minor need - I got a kite stuck up on the 2nd floor on my neighbors roof and wasn't able to take it down myself. Efrain only asked for a modest service charge to come out and quickly do the job, which he did with no problems. Seems like a nice enough guy also. Thanks! read more

Paul was very punctual, had a nice smile on his face, sent me pictures before and after cleaning, did a great and fast job cleaning oir gutters. Payment sent by zelle. We had all our in-ground drains replaced; they were able to connect our gutter spouts and our pool line to these drains so that everything will dump out into the street during heavy rain. We did run into a couple of hiccups that I feel Edgar resolved fairly and to the best of his abilities given the circumstances. The only couple of things I wish could have been different or better are: - I wish the pvc pipes connecting our gutters were available in black to match our black gutters - the type of concrete used can be a bit smoother, not as rough - final clean up on our driveway was approximately 85% However, none of these reasons would deter me from calling them again if needed. Unfortunately, my experience was one of the most stressful home improvement projects I have ever undertaken. The project involved drainage improvements, catch basins, pavers, and foundation waterproofing. Throughout the project, I felt that I had to closely monitor the work daily to ensure that items discussed and included in the contract were actually completed. For example, catch basin baskets that contractually were included in the scope were ultimately not installed, and I was not informed of this change until I specifically asked about them near the end of the project. Another example occurred when the project was presented to me as complete even though the pavers had not yet been compacted and polymeric sand had not been installed. Those items were completed only after I questioned them, reinforcing my feeling that I needed to closely monitor the work to ensure the agreed-upon scope was fully carried out. Another concern arose when Edgar agreed to remove an existing fascia board as part of the project. Instead of first removing the fasteners, a member of his crew pried the fascia board off, causing damage to the underlying roof structure. The damage was significant enough that I later had to hire another contractor and spend thousands of dollars to properly repair it. Communication was the biggest issue. Estimates, responses, and follow-up were consistently late, and I often had to reach out multiple times just to get a reply. Now that the project is complete, I have called and texted multiple times for promised waterproofing pictures. Despite continuing promises, I have not received anything. The lack of communication, the need for constant oversight, the unresolved concerns about workmanship, and the failure to provide promised documentation made this a very stressful and disappointing experience. I understand that no project is perfect, but good contractors stand behind their work and communicate with their customers after the job is finished. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Sparkling Windows and Solar Panels: A Review of EverClean Let me start by saying WOW! My windows haven't shone this brightly since they were first installed. I contacted EverClean on Wednesday for a window cleaning service and was incredibly impressed that they were able to fit me into their schedule for the following Saturday morning. they were also the most reasonable quote I received. Paul, the technician who arrived shortly after 7 AM, was incredibly professional and friendly. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and got right to work. It took a few hours for him to tackle all the windows and also cleaned the solar panels. The windows themselves are absolutely immaculate. Not a streak, smudge, or fingerprint to be found. They truly sparkle! However, the one minor point of feedback would be that the track cleaning could have been a bit more detailed. Given the sheer number of windows and the solar panels included at a very fair price point, this is a very minor detail. To top it all off, Paul even discovered (and kindly removed!) a couple of bird nests that had snuck their way into some hard-to-reach nooks. This was a delightful surprise and saved me the hassle of climbing a ladder myself. Overall, my experience with EverClean was fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and delivered exceptional cleaning results. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to bring their windows back to life, and maybe even get a bonus nest removal thrown in! Being new to Chino and first time having Solar Panels, we wanted to deter Pigeons from our roof and needed to get the panels cleaned for more efficiency. Trust me, I did my homework about caring for the Solar Panels and came across Ever Clean after reading many reviews on many different businesses. Ever Clean was the one stop shop for cleaning and placing a protective mesh around the panels to deter pigeon nesting and window screen repair. I want to start out by saying in the last 15 years I have never found a service company that did a job above a 3 and also overcharged me. I have now found one that deserves a 10 +++++ that is Ever Clean. I have done customer service for over 40 years for FileNet and IBM. Reasons for a 10++++ They got back to me within 20 min and also an email. They came out on time They keep me informed from start to finish They took before and after picture's They didn't break any panels or roofing clay panels The price was great If you chose to go anywhere else it like the TV ad Where the guy is throwing money out the window.
