I booked a window cleaning and pressure washing service for my backyard. First off, let me say Efrain's (the owner) responsiveness is top notch. His pricing for the window washing was competitive as well. He was also very flexible with scheduling. Miguel showed up fifteen minutes late, but seemed pleasant. He brought his son Luis with him, who helped out a little bit toward the end. I requested that shoe covers or booties be worn in the house since I just had my floors and carpet cleaned. Miguel didn't carry any, but I was able to provide him some. There were a few issues: (1) There was a section of the balcony Miguel forgot to pressure wash. (2) He did not think to move around the light patio furniture when he started blasting the area with water, so dirt dripping from the balcony stained some of the patio seat cushions below. Had I known he was going to start pressure washing, I would have moved them. (3) One window had stains that were still quite visible. (4) Tracks and the outside plastic part framing the windows were supposed to be cleaned as well per the owner. I asked Miguel and he wasn't going to do so, but obliged when I let him know it was what Efrain indicated to me via text. On their way out, I chatted with them for a bit and then thanked them both for their work. I knew it was better to raise the other concerns with Efrain. I texted Efrain the photos and let him know I was not expecting or asking for a refund or even compensation for the soiled cushions. I simply wanted the deck work to be completed. After some back and forth, Efrain agreed to return to complete the work. He showed up the following week as promised and even gave me some cleaning tips. Despite the initial snafu, Ever Clean followed through. I've read several of the one star reviews for this business after my experience, but I obviously can't attest to what happened in each instance. I do know that when we all treat each other with respect, things flow more smoothly. You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Thank you Efrain for completing the job as discussed! read more

Amazing! After attempting to clean the gutters on our garage ourselves, we quickly realized this was a job better left to professionals. I contacted Efrain on Monday and he was able to come out the next morning at 7am for the gutter cleaning. Efrain is very reasonably priced, super responsive, professional and thorough. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes for him to complete the cleaning on our house (2 stories, ~2800 sq ft) and detached 2 car garage (which is under a big pine tree that drops needles all the time).
