Amazing! After attempting to clean the gutters on our garage ourselves, we quickly realized this was a job better left to professionals. I contacted Efrain on Monday and he was able to come out the next morning at 7am for the gutter cleaning. Efrain is very reasonably priced, super responsive, professional and thorough. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes for him to complete the cleaning on our house (2 stories, ~2800 sq ft) and detached 2 car garage (which is under a big pine tree that drops needles all the time). Efrain will also rinse down the parts of the house and windows that get dirty during the cleaning. 100% would recommend and we plan to use him for regular gutter maintenance! read more

I requested to get my gutters and solar panels cleaned, and needed my solar panels bird proofed - since I was housing all the neighborhood pigeons. I shopped around a few cleaning companies and came across Ever Clean. Efrain was one of the first to respond and his pricing was by far the best. I hadn't cleaned my solar panels since I installed them in 2018, and I definitely noticed a loss of efficiency towards generating solar power. I measured my daily production from my 12 panels prior to cleaning (which was covered in dust from prior wildfires) and I was producing around 16 kwh per day, and after cleaning the very next day it jumped to 17.4 kwh and now 2 days later I'm regularly getting 18.5 - 18.9 kwh.
