I bought an X4 750 ebike. When I unpacked it, the rear tire was flat. After several attempts to inflate it, the tire had a hole. So I called around & landed on EVE Mods, mainly because they come to your home. I called & Vadim asked me to send a picture, and after seeing the picture, he said he could fix it. He arrived today...on time & got to work. The inner tube had a hole. Vadim patched it & now after almost a week of waiting, I am FINALLY enjoying it! The cost to come out is $150. That took care of the patch work and the labor. For me, it was worth every penny. If that is too expensive, you may also bring the bike into the shop. read more

I was having trouble with a gifted generic eBike that I was told had some problems, but came without instructions / manual or any other details. I called with the explanation of what I was observing (battery seemed good, but not powering on), and Vadim took about 5-10 minutes on the phone to explain a few likely culprits. With his tips, I narrowed down the problem further (ruled out battery & cables) to a likely controller problem. Vadim gave me a quote to do the work which was totally reasonable ($50-$100 to swap controller, plus parts); but he suggested that I could probably do it all myself, ... and indeed, once the part came in, I got it working in about 20 minutes. So, though Vadim didn't do any actual physical bike repairs, I am grateful for his willingness to give friendly guidance, and should I have need for future repairs, I'll definitely be giving him a call!
