This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism, hygiene, quality control, and customer service. it was my first time visiting this salon, but I have been getting structured gel nails regularly for the past five years. I was simply looking for a new salon to continue going to, and because this place had good reviews, I decided to book an appointment here. The moment I sat down, I noticed how dirty the salon was. The table, tools, and overall workspace looked unclean. I honestly wanted to leave immediately, but I felt awkward walking out because they had already reserved my appointment time for me. I tried to give the place a chance. As the appointment continued, I could already tell the technician's technique was poor, but I stayed polite because everyone works differently. Then I noticed my nails were not even the same length or shape. I pointed it out multiple times, and although a few were adjusted, there were still visible differences. At some point I stopped correcting him because I didn't want to spend the entire appointment arguing over every nail. I also requested cuticle care and trimming. At the end, so much nail oil was applied that I assumed my cuticles had actually been cleaned properly. When I got home, I realized they barely touched them. Six days later, one of my nails completely popped off. Not chipped, not cracked, fully detached. I do not do heavy labor, I do not clean houses, and I am extremely careful with my hands. Even cheap press on nails last longer than this. I went back to the salon and very politely and calmly explained the situation. I simply said that losing a nail on day six did not seem normal to me. Instead of responding professionally, the owner immediately reacted very rudely and told me they do not fix nails after three days. Then, after that conversation, she said, "I will do it for you," and started fixing the nail herself. That experience somehow became even worse. I showed her the exact color already on my nails, yet the replacement nail came out completely different. Either the original technician used the wrong color from the beginning, or the owner did during the repair. Either way, they could not even match a single nail correctly. What shocked me even more was how rushed and aggressive the repair felt. The replacement nail, the one that STILL ended up being the wrong color, was done in literally about three minutes. She worked so fast and so angrily that it genuinely felt like she just wanted me out of the salon as quickly as possible. Then after spending barely a few minutes on a mismatched nail, they still tried charging me $10 for it. The entire interaction was incredibly hostile. The owner became visibly irritated the second I mentioned I was there because a nail had fallen off. While doing my nail, she was angrily talking to the other technicians about me in another language as if I couldn't tell exactly what was happening. People are not stupid. We can absolutely tell when we are being mocked or complained about. I refused to pay because the service was already unacceptable from beginning to end. read more

I have been a loyal customer at Eva's nails for many years.. Very pleasant experiences until my last visit. On September the 12th I received a whole face waxing. To my dismay my face was burned in multiple places. I was left with burning and discomfort to my face. The next day I contacted the owner and let her know the extent of my displeasure. I was told to use a variety of OTC products and return to remove the skin from my face. On October 1st I returned to Evas nails in person to show Donna the (owner) my face. I have permanent scars. She responded (I don't see anything). Then proceeded to say what do you want me to do? What I wanted her do was apologize and take responsibility. I highly advise on Not getting any kind of waxing done at this establishment. You will get burned. I hope this eliminates future customers getting permanent facial scaring. When you first get there they give you a rad orange drink and throughout the service you can tell they care for their customers needs! I went to get my nails done one weekend and they recommended that I try their facials, she was spot on! I needed it and my skin hasn't looked this good in two years ! The nails tech are savvy and very gentle, very neat and clean and the tables are amazing made by the owner ! Is wood that he work on himself and they look so original ! They sanitize after every client the ambience is very relaxing but if you a party animal well they got something for you too! They have a private room for a party of 5 they have bar and dj yes DJ with lights and everything you need to make reservations tho , but it's great for a girl night out but privately lol you can dance, drink, get your pedicure and nails done all in one place !!! This was hands down the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten. They didn't cut my nails straight, she forgot to massage one of my arms, forgot the finger nail polish and the toe nail polish was smudged. Looks like a little kid did those nails! They didn't even clean their cuticles the nails are uneven and thick this is such a sloppy job! I've been coming to this location since it opened after COVID restrictions were lifted. I was a customer of the previous owners for 13yrs (Rose Nails). I just have to say if you don't get an appointment with Ellen then don't bother. Every time someone else does my nails I'm disappointed but enough is enough! I was there Saturday 10/16/21 for a gel manicure & pedicure I had called previously to arriving and set a 1:30 appt. I was there from 1:30 to 4:03pm. I asked for black tip pedicure with silver underline and black-glitter manicure. Right away I disliked my pedicure but didn't make a fuss I was tired and just needed to get out of there, not even 24hrs later my gel manicure polish came off on 2 nails and when the third one came off I decided to drive over and show them. They had me sit I waited for about 35 mins before I decided to walk out without saying a word. I will never return to this location again! Worst $53 I've ever spent on a mani & pedi. read more

Pedicures are good here. Ellen has a really bad attitude and always overlooks or late. She's the rudest nail technician ever. She was filling my natural nails down to raw and burning. I don't know if they were understaffed, or if the wait is usually that long AFTER you've been seated at one of the stations. Either way, we were there THREE HOURS. I had called ahead of time to check, was told no wait. Asked for specifics; short and thin natural looking nails. Throughout the process, we kept reminding them for shorter and more straight, and thinner. She said she would do it "later". She didn't. Mentioned that the shape was too wide at the top to be a rounded-square, she said that's the shape I wanted. When I asked for a more rounded shape, she ended up charging more. Pointed out that the surface was bumpy and edges leaning. She did "fix" the worst ones. The finished work looked worse because they did not clean the cuticles. We felt like they prioritized the regulars and rushed our nails. Poor effort, bad outcome, poor service. read more

Disappointed in the new ownership and how they manage the salon. They overbook themselves and rush through current clients to get onto the next ones; skipping massages, being rough, and doing the bare minimum with cuticle prep. I booked an appt for 4pm and at 4:25pm 2 walk in clients came to put their name down. Less than 10 minutes later they were being helped and I was still sitting there with my feet soaking and hadn't even been given colors to choose from. As soon as my gel manicure polish was set, my technician practically shoved me out the door, no massage or anything. (Not actually, but she was lifting the arm rest and saying bye). I spoke to the owner privately outside and politely mentioned that they should maybe not overbook themselves so much, also that I didn't appreciate walk ins being serviced before me when I actually had an appt. Do not get a Brazilian wax or bikini wax here. The lady used eyebrow wax the light pink wax for that area, which is the incorrect wax to use for that area of the body. A service that usually takes 20 - or 30 minutes took 1 hour and a half because she was using small sticks, eyebrow wax and not to mention reusing the same stick to re-dip the wax.
