Most of their dresses are long sleeved, high-necked and fully lined. They have a few armless ones as well. They also have a selection of Abayas, Afghan Wear, Hijabs and Kaftans. The owners are super accommodating and I never feel pressured. I made a few visits and tried on over 6 gowns before making a final decision. They have a spacious fitting room. Their gowns are typically formal, price ranges are from $200-$300 for something really extravagant. They have an on-site tailor (extra charge) that can make adjustments to dress. I've had a hem done by him and he did a great job. I've lived in TO all my life and I don't think I've ever seen a store with so much beautiful dresses (that aren't an Indian style) that can accommodate a modest person. I will be visiting again! I loved Cinderella since I was young and had saved photos of wedding/ evening ballgowns that were blue-ish in colour, but I never thought I'd look good in a ballgown due to my height. I figured a Fit and Flare or a A-line would most likely be the dress I would end up with, but Teresa knew exactly what I really wanted. She brought me the perfect hybrid of A-line and ballgown dress with a light blue-ish tint. Not blue enough to make it look like a prom dress or costume, but enough to make you do a double take when you realize it's not entirely white. She was extremely patient as I tried on 8+ other dresses (while still thinking about the blue one) and probably knew before I did that I would choose the blue dress. She was honest with her opinions but never pushy. I'm so glad to have Teresa's expertise and I couldn't ask for anyone better. She made the whole process less intimidating and my bridesmaids and I had tons of fun.

I am a plus size bride, wearing 18/20 street size. I stated this on the forum when booking my appointment and when the employee asked upon entrance. Although sizing had been discussed, a lot of the dresses I was handed in the change room were sizes 10-14 and I was not able to try them on. Either they wouldn't fit over my hips, or my arms wouldn't fit in armhole with the strap, or my arm just wouldn't fit into the sleeve. Trying to squeeze into a dress that's half your size in a dark changing room without assistance is not a good start. At one point I told the employee that one of the dresses I wasn't able to pull up, and she seemed surprise "oh really? Is the zipper undone all the way", I said I would double check, but yes it was undone all the way. I just don't think the size 10 dress was ready for my size 20 hips. Another dress was sleeveless but had a high illusion neckline and I was excited to try on, however my upper arms were not fitting into the arm holes as it was a size 14 and my upper arms are larger. I told the employee this from the dark room behind the curtain and her response was simply "how about we move to the next one then". Which was sad because I thought this one would look so good if only in a better size. At this point I was starting to feel that same dreaded feeling I use to get when trying to buy name brand clothes in middle school. Hadn't felt that shame in a decade. I stuck my head out and asked if they had any plus size dresses, as these tags seemed to be 10-12 or 14 and I am usually about a 20. She pointed to the rack we got the 14 from and said that was the plus size rack. When I was able to get my body into a dress it was still a size 16, the neckline area never fit and it was nearly impossible to "use my imagination on". Since the detailing didn't line up and it was making indents. There was one dress I did like. However it was a zipper back and I was told the "zipper is slippery" so it couldn't be done up. I don't know much about how bridal shops use dress clips but she didn't use any and barely did anything. She held the open back together for about 30 seconds as I looked in the mirror then walked away. The dress had sparkly spaghetti straps that were very long so they dropped and curved a bit. My mom was trying to get a photo so I could look at it later but as the employee wasn't doing much to make the dresses look as they would if they fit I was trying to pull the straps at the back so it would appear tighter and then holding my arms down so the bodice wouldn't fly open. Ugh I honestly felt like crying when I was in the dark changing room, I felt lost. I was barely getting any assistance. She wasn't helping the dresses look as they would once fitted, I felt helpless. Not being able to fit into dresses and not having any dresses my size even when My size had obviously been discussed made my confidence drop and made me feel ugly and gross. Which is definitely not what a wedding gown shop should do.

Very easy communication. Let me tell you, Anna is the sweetest! She's soft spoken and very accommodating. She provided same day service for the mother of the bride, for the wedding I'm a part of. I had my dress done within 2 weeks. She would have had it done sooner but my fault, I forgot my shoes when I came for my initial visit. So I had to go back a second time. She works from home and her little workshop is set right in the front of her house, as soon as you walk in. Great customer service here, don't think you'll be disappointed.

They worked on the gown for just $500 in total. Even when I was satisfied with the gown, they looked into the details and fixed it. They are extremely detail oriented, very skilled and reasonably priced. I'm extremely satisfied with my gown and their service. I would recommend to go to them for any type of alterations, even ones with a lot of work or complicated. They did a very very good job on my gown.

The service and dressing room wasn't as spectacular as Superior bridal, but the prices are alot more reasonable and they have a wide variety of wedding dresses which would have cost alot higher elsewhere. I appreciated how the salesperson, Crystal still helped me in and out of each dress, and offered suggestions and styles which I would like. It was a good effort on her part! I think this is a really good shop if you are a bride who don't require alot of alterations, and fit into average sizes. I also appreciated how they are fair with the alterations depending on how much you need, and don't just charge a flat fee on everyone regardless. Worth to drop by if in the area!
