Not only did they provide me with horrible quality photography/videography, they were a month late and tried to pass off their shitty work as professionally edited. I have a background in Marketing/Advertising and understand the efforts that go into editing and let me tell you there was none. The USB they provided for me was defective and I cannot view anything that was uploaded on it. So I had to wait two months, so now 3 months late. Well during that time I found out my husband is having an affair and after trying to make things work I left him during the holidays. At this point I do not need anything anymore since I am in the middle of a divorce, the company is harassing me to give them their money. After explaining everything to the company.... they could not give a rats ass about what had happened and had an "not my problem" attitude towards my situation except holding their hands out for the remaining payment. What kind of monsters are these people? I did not expect to find out my husband was cheating on me, and now they want me to pay for incomplete shitty work that they promised to be fixed and its not their problem! Then another came and the same thing happened. I get the fact that there were other customers there and they might of been confused with us but its still be nice to ask if we were with the other party... finally the first photographer decided to ask and we told them we have an appointment they apologize for neglecting us. Apology accepted. As we went though the packages for videographers and photographers, J was very friendly and nice. I can tell through both senior photographers were much more experienced then the juniors. J did not push to sell any of their packages and he was very kind to let us know how prices shown were for the seniors and if it was for the juniors it was be a different price. So far so good!
