Don't bother making any adjustments to their contract prior to signing as it will be forgotten/ignored. I had requested a second printer to be present on our wedding day as back up in case there was any mechanical issues. None of the photos were being printed due to a printer issue in the beginning of the night and the staff said they did not have a 2nd printer on standby. I had also requested for the staff to be in professional attire as this was for a wedding and had this included in our contract. One of the staff showed up in cargo pants and a tshirt and had to be dismissed soon after starting. The photobooth itself also started to lag towards the end of the night resulting in many blurred images. I would not recommend cinebooth to anyone unless they wish to be ridden with anxiety throughout the entire process of working with them. I understand this is a highly busy period for all wedding related vendors but this does not excuse them to disregard contracts and not communicate deadlines in a timely manner with their clients.
