When I asked why, they started listing all these surprise charges like a "glass recycling fee," "static recalibration," and other vague add-ons. At that point, I walked out. I ended up getting a second quote from another company who actually came to my job, did the full replacement, and charged me a realistic $279--total. No weird glass recycling fees or surprise add-ons. It's disappointing to see some businesses try to take advantage of hardworking people like this. Lesson learned. Just sharing my experience so others don't waste their time or money.

Heather proceeded to have an attitude with me as I described my concerns with the work done. She stated that she would not be able to get anyone to fix the problem until the following week (Monday). I explained to her very nicely that I did not bring my car into their shop with these issues. She proceeded to walk away from me with an attitude while I was still talking. I asked to speak with manager and funny enough she stated she was the manager. Overall, I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am and my vehicle was not ready until 4:30pm. I am now waiting here and it's 6:09pm passed business hours awaiting for my vehicle to be restored to its prime condition. Heather did not apologize at ALL for the inconvenience. Heather needs some additional training in giving an exceptional customer service experience. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with the unfortunate circumstances that I have encountered. The owner uses a bunch of buzz words but never does anything. Finally their insurance company says they won't cover the driver bc he's not licensed. This fight went on for 6 months, no word from the owner who "wants to do the right thing". Worst part, staff tried to cover up the accident, not telling the owner. He heard from me. Bet employee wasn't drug or alcohol tested. He smelled like he was high at 8:30 am.
