Jose and his son were effective, professional and affordable. I am glad we were able to find them and will probably use them in the future.

Did not finish the job on June 15, said waiting for parts. Now in September he does not answer my calls or texts, he just ignores me even though he has been paid. Don't use this company for anything total ripoff read more

Jose and David were fast and did an excellent job in replacing the rear glass on my vehicle. The price was lower than Safelite and others. I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks with the others. I called Jose at 8am on a Saturday and they arrived at my home (same day) and replaced my back glass in 30 minutes without me having to drive to the other guys! They have my business in the future!!! read more

This is my first and probably last review I ever make on Yelp. My brand new car window was shattered, it was replaced the next day only to have scratch marks left after the window was replaced and the pillar panel wasn't set properly causing a gap. It's not hard to do a job correctly without creating damage read more

My Lord. I'm so grateful to have found Jose and his team with this glass company. My vehicle was broken into Saturday night, and on Sunday morning Jose answered the phone when all other companies were closed. He assured me not to worry he would come either to my home or work Monday morning to replace my glass. He did just that, I'm so grateful. The work is quality And Timely. What more can you ask for! This is a five-star company and they give five star service! read more

My window needed immediate repair & I got Lee's number from Google. I've used All About Glass before & felt confident in them, That is until Lee confirmed he could help & last minute stated he had to order it and couldn't assist until the next day. I had to get this done tonight & cancelled with another company once Lee confirmed so him cancelling on me left me empty handed. I mentioned he should not confirm with customers unless he was 100% sure & i disconnected the call as we were not going to do business with each other. Lee then texted me stating i was rude & my glass probably got busted because of that. (it wasnt even my glass that's broken, it was a friends. But how could he know that? he was too busy confirming things before gathering facts.) He then threatened to call 911 on me to have me arrested for harassment. (considering he texted me right after i hung up, he's "harassing" me!) Poor thing, he's unaware of who hes speaking to... coming from an entire family of law enforcement- i am unafraid of his attempt to threaten me. Im also well aware of the laws & what is/isn't considered harassment. Thank you Lee, for cancelling. Im happy that I did not spend a dime on you and your unprofessional ways. Im also glad to have spent a little more on Ace Automotive Care!! 5 stars to them!! Call them before contacting Lee, You wont regret it!! As stated in the texts, Lee is expecting my review and promised to respond to me. But save your typing thumbs Lee, i won't be returning to this company again- thats a guarantee! read more

Great customer service! Lee will come to your house to replace car windows, and his prices are competitive. He called ahead an hour in advance to let you know when he would arrive so that you don't have to wait around all day. Very efficient - Lee replaced both my front passenger window and rear windshield in under an hour! (It took longer for me to vacuum all the broken glass from the interior than for him to replace the windows.) Family-owned business, and he has been replacing windows for 20+ years. read more

Called these guys mid-day and they came out that afternoon. Couldn't believe they didn't charge more to replace my truck window. Tech was lightning fast getting my door panel off and replacing the window. Honestly it took more time to clear the glass out of the door (extremely tough with my model) than it did to swap out the window. Very impressed with the service, price and timing. Even better that I didn't have to drive anywhere and they didn't insist that my truck was in a driveway like other places. Were perfectly fine working on my truck in my work parking lot. These guys rock!! read more

Definitely can't go wrong with this company! Jose was very nice, he wanted to fix my windshield the next day but I had to schedule a day that worked. He came to my apartment and replaced the glass in under 30 minutes! Very highly recommended! read more

I called All About Auto Glass right after we got a stone chip which cracked the windshield. Jose told us to immediately open the back window a crack so there was no pressure on the windshield. Jose let us know he didn't fix stone chips. Instead of ending the call he recommended Clint Norris at www.ClintsGlass.com in Houston? Jose said Clint was the best and he was. I would trust Jose to do a great job if we ever need our window shield replaced. Thank you for taking the time to give us the referral. read more

Great communication and good price for replacement of glass for auto. They had a mobile service that comes to you. Took about an hour or so. Would use again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will try to make this long horrific story brief! They came out to replace my window. They covered the seal of the window with tape so I couldn't see what they had done for at least three days. When I took the tape off I immediately noticed the mess they made of the glue and the window was off set. I called immediately and explained the problem to them and they said the hump in the window was due to the antenna. Being that it wasn't like that before I suggested they come look at it again. He explained to me that if I wanted the window fixed I would have to pay if they break the window during re installation but I didn't have to pay labor cost. Even though I didn't agree, the window looked so bad that I had to do something. A few days later they showed up. When I met them outside they were taping up the window again. I demanded they take the tape off so I could show them the issue. They agreed to reinstall the window with a new seal and eat the cost if it breaks. When it came time to do what they promised, they never showed up. I reached out to them and he said he would send someone out to refund me $100. I refused. I had to go to another company to fix the problem. The new company told me that not only was It off set but there was a gap in the glue so big that the window was going to eventually slide off. Please save yourself the headache and find a company that is reputable. I would put zero stars but I can't. read more

Well-priced (the price varies surprisingly!) Chosen because he was the only one who warned me about the added expense if the plastic moldings cracked though he says its rare and checked to see if the aftermarket ones were in stock (75% cheaper than OEM) before starting! Perfect experience. Exactly on time (no window) the next day. Good communications via text. Polite, quick and neat. All stickers back in place. read more
