When it arrived i was greeted with a price tag of £21.50 which I paid with hesitation took inside and looked at it it was dry old meat, half cooked chips and no sauce or salad I called them only to be told oh someone would bring it down later also questioned the price and told that I was charged for the juice and the sauce and salad by mistake an extra £5. Told them wasn't good enough and to come back with money and to take the meal away, waited all night called a couple of times but still no refund. Went back next day to see manager (jumped up a**hole) who tried to tell me that he called but I never answered he also blamed the delivery driver and the girl answering the phones. When I asked for my money was told yeah I need the food back which was in the back of car(thought he had me there) I gave it to him, eventually got my money and the best apology he could muster was "yeah it is what it is". Disgusting and filthy arrogant man, so buyers beware he is a thief .

The stock and produce is always of a…read morehigh quality and the costumer service is satisfactory, the staff at Tesco are occasionally nice and pleasant and always helpful, although the staff are satisfactory and the products are of high quality I was emotionally knocked from the events that took place later in the day I was even more distressed when I found out about the ridiculous attempt to improve club card sales by the increase in price of the infamous Tesco meal deal from £3 to £3.50 if you don't have a club card, although I have a club card many of my peer found their self 50p short and unable to purchase lunch. Although mostly you will found the things you need if you go in on a Wednesday and Thursday you will usually find a shortage on meal deal items and chilled beverages. On a plus I have also experienced some out of date produce in the sandwiches marked as in date they are also in some state prior to opening the packaging.

To the workers for a roll and sausage, to an all day breakfast also a wonderful seafood stir fry. They do a 3 course lunch for £6 and its superb with a huge choice of meals. The staff are wonderfuly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The service is fast and efficient. Always busy on weekend mid mornings for the hangover crew and they sell a hearty breakfast to pick you up for the day. Regular folk drop in for take away foods and snacks. There is a child's menu as well. All in all a good little place, but can be hard to find off the main street. Go if your in rutherglen, you wont regret it.

They deal with big parties profesionally with no reduction on meal quality. and no reduction in service if your not part of the big crowd. people say, its a bit cheesy 80's looking inside, "(so locals say, don't stop them going there though) but i like it, and eat there as often as i can. Even the waiting area for takeaway. is a pleasure to sit in. Its been the top place in rutherglen for chinese food for many years, i hope it holds its crown for many more.
