I heard about Eusebi's a few years back - someone told me it was a great Italian deli where you could sit at the counter and eat. We stumped up for dinner one night and found that it was actually just a deli to buy food to takeaway - perhaps the gent who told us about it was confused!
Then when Laboratorio Espresso opened on West Nile Street, I discovered their food was done by Eusebi Deli. It's a lot easier for me to grab food from Lab Espresso than it is for me to get to the east end, that's for sure! I love that the food they offer isn't your usual Glasgow lunch fare - they do sandwiches like the big antipasti, Buffalo mozzarella and sundried tomato, rosemary ham, chicken and Italian broccoli, and sometimes you can get soup. You need to get to Lab Espresso quickly as they sell out at lunch time, but you will be over the moon if you get to try Eusebi Deli's delicious food. read more
