My BMW carbon roof had slowly turned yellow and developed water spots from the Florida sun. As I started to research the issues on BMW forums I learned it was a common problem. After contacting 3 body shops, they all said they didn't want to attempt it or knew the process. I spoke to Patrick, one of the managers, and Santos, one of the owners who looked at it and said no problem! Both were very reassuring and confident that they could repair the damage and explained the process. Santos took me for a tour of the shop whic was very clean and showed me all the cars (much nicer than mine) that they were working on. My carbon roof looks just like new and I couldn't be happier. I started having issues with my vehicle a 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby and had it towed to Eurowerks Automotive 4758 Powerline Rd Pompano Beach FL on July 7th, 2021. After a long wait they finally came back with that I needed a new engine. They filed a claim through my extended warranty in which they were paid $25,242.97 on November 9th, 2021, and of $1,698.14 on February 2nd, 2022. Which I was not notified about until I called into the extended warranty myself. My husband followed up with Jason from Eurowerks Automotive on many occasions where we always were given an excuse on why the work was not completed. We requested an invoice or something to show what they were paid and how they were going to use the money. We always got an excuse for that. Again, we followed up often never getting a direct answer on what was going on. My husband and I went in and saw Jason at Eurowerks Automotive in person on Aug 2022 in which he said that some items were sent out to machinery and they were waiting on 1 part. We tried reaching out to the machinery ourselves but never was able to get through to anyone. About Sept. 2022 my husband received a phone call from Jason at Eurowerks Automotive stating that there are parts missing and he had no idea where they went; that he was going to file a claim with his insurance company. After waiting and still nothing getting done, we start making some calls into hiring a lawyer. We were told to collect the vehicle which we went to do with police present on Jan. 19th, 2023, when we got there the engine was gone, the driveshaft was gone, along with a lot of other parts; the hood was not even attached and fell off. Still Eurowerks Automotive claiming they don't know what happen and they are working with their insurance and cannot provide us with anything. I wanted to file this complaint so that others are away of what happened to me and it doesn't happen to anyone else. There has been very little communication from this point, they did say they were going to file a claim with their insurance. I am not sure what, I do have what they sent us "showing" they made a claim, but again still nothing has happened. They have told us that the original motor has been stolen from their shop. How does this happen? He said maybe an employee. We have filed a police report. With the amount of precious cars and cameras they have in that place, they know what happened!!!! I was told by their insurance adjuster that the claim was denied as they did not have coverage for cars. (LMAO What Mechanic Shop does not have insurance coverage for the cars they work on???) They have stolen $35,000 from me to repair my car and now have stolen my engine, transmission, etc. My insurance estimated the value of my car at $55,000 so Jason McNeese from Eurowerks Automotive has stolen approximately $95K.. This company is the total opposite, they are quick to respond, and they do some amazing amazing body work. Kudos to Patrick, Scott and John at Euroworks. As a huge BMW fan, I've had the pleasure of servicing 2 generations (soon to be 3) of my cars with them. I've also seen behind the scenes of some repairs and how the shop works. Every tech is a genius and is meticulous in their craft. The owner John is a class act and an honest guy. It is hard to find a shop to trust something as precious as our cars, however Eurowerks makes the leap of faith easy. It is not uncommon to see a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mclaren, or Rolls Royce in one of the garage bays- they must be doing something right. Most recently worked with Jared who pointed out severe tire damage that had gone unnoticed for quite some time, possibly saving my mother or sister from injury on their usual highway driving. They don't up charge on parts, their quality is as good as gold, and they are honest with their labor estimates. Thanks again guys! read more

The professionalism from the owner is uncanny. Reading previous reviews about him being untrustworthy is ridiculous. He is the most honest and trustworthy person I've ever met. He's never steered me or my family the wrong way when it's come to our cars and our safety. The rest of the techs there are extremely knowledgeable and have great work ethic. Initially went there to check out an oil leak, left my car there on a Friday, apparently they only started working on it Wednesday. Never got a call or text from them and tried calling multiple times to see what was taking so long. when finally the car was ready for pickup they told me what needed to be replaced, but said they would write me an estimate later and email it to me. Its now one week later and after I called 2 times asking for the estimate, I still haven't got it. Would not take my car there again. read more

John and Mike are awesome. Great service, impeccably clean shop and knowledgeable mechanics. If you are lucky enough, you can even see your car being worked on while waiting in the lounge area located on the second floor. I started servicing my BMW their since last year and so far, no complaints. I am now having my Wife getting her Merc serviced there as well. I recently had some work done on my BMW M6 convertible, and Eurowerks was nothing short of amazing. John, the owner, is a great guy, very knowledgeable. Jason, another great guy, also very knowledgeable, was my service advisor. They replaced the clutch, removed my DME's and shipped them to be tuned, reinstalled them, installed new downpipes, front kidney grills, oil change, and removed my jb4 piggyback from my car. They were extremely thorough, kept me informed every step of the way, and took excellent care of my baby. Car was returned in pristine condition, everything was done correctly. Both John and Jason explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and I will definitely use them in the future. This is not the first time I've had work done to my car(s), but was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. Great job guys!!! Can't thank you both enough. I was told by a local Volvo dealer that I needed new rotors. They quoted a crazy price so I went to this shop because my wife had a good experience there with her Volvo and found the owners very honest.
