I love this optical company! The staff is so nice and helpful and they have a lab on sight so I get my glasses quickly!

There is nothing quick about this office. I've been to other Europtics and they've always been helpful and responsive. I've been in the store twice and have had to wait up to 20 minutes for service while the sales people are just standing around. read more

I love this place. They have a fantastic selection and the customer service is exceptional. Mike was very patient and attentive in helping me find the right style. (I get tons of compliments BTW). And Miro was a master at fitting them. For the first time in my 30+ years of wearing glasses, they don't dig in behind my ears yet still don't slide down the bridge of my nose when tilting my head down. My husband and I bought 4 pairs between the two of us. Sunglasses and glasses. Even though I got a an exam and new glasses from a very trendy place in Santa Fe 1 1/2 yrs ago. They just didn't do the job. First the eye exam was more thorough then any I have had before. A lot of explanation and somehow the procedure was easier to pick "which is better...1...or 2 ..." The sales person who helped us was Rick. Its worth the wait to talk to him. We wandered the store looking by ourselves at first. We saw some things that looked interesting but when he took over it really made a difference. He seemed so in tune to our tastes and before we knew it he would wander around the store Picking out things even we didn't know we wanted. Rick also has great taste and a knack for picking what suits the individual. I have my glasses and I can see really well. I bought a computer pair that transitions into readers and they work perfectly! read more

Great customer service at Europtics! I've bought glasses there for many years. I had some problems with the lenses of my current pair, but they kept trying different things to make them work for me. Finally, Mike C figured out the problem, and ordered new lenses. He was so nice, patient, and professional. I'd bought glasses from a different store which was a big mistake. I'll never shop anywhere else. They may be a little pricey, but well worth it for the customer service. read more

Honestly had a pretty bad experience here. I went in with my prescription ready to get some new glasses. I was greeted right away and asked what I was looking for and was shown several options, all greater than $500-$600 for frames, which equated to about $1,200 with lenses. When I told her that that was more than I wanted to spend, she basically just walked away and told me to let her know if I needed any more help. She didn't bother to show me any less expensive options (even though I saw some myself) or help me in any way. She just went over and started chatting with other unoccupied coworkers. Note to Europtics - Just because I don't want to pay that much doesn't mean I can't, which appeared to be the conclusion she quickly drew. So instead of working with me and making a $700 or $800 sale, they get $0. I just left annoyed. I went home, looked online, and was able to get the exact $1,200 pair that I liked for less than $600. read more

$950 for two pairs and neither has scratch resistance so I can barely see out of them after 6 months and they didn't put bifocals in the sunglasses so I can't see out of those either. They're cute but if you can't see, it kind of defeats the purpose. read more

Quite good but one exception: there's a very wide range of helpfulness among staff here. Result is you have to identify and cultivate one person who wants to get things done and knows how to do it. This place does not even deserve a single star. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. We were looking for Oliver Peeples designer frames, the only store that had them was Cherry Creek. Anyway to make a long story short we were going to make a substantial purchase, but found that we could not even get anyone to help us. We saw five people that came after us helped. They could of cared less about customer service. We will drive to Vail or Aspen before we ever do business with Europtics CHERRY CREEK again. read more

Brendan was extremely helpful. I hadn't looked at frames for over 4 years, and he patiently guided me through the options. They were able to accommodate an expedited order so I could be ready for my upcoming business trip. Turns out my doc actually messed up my prescription, so I brought them back to be updated. My glasses were badly bent and I did not want to fly home with them like that. I stopped in for a tune-up. I was quickly helped. I was asked to wear them for an hour or two and come back for an adjustment. I appreciated the fine customer service, even though it was clear I was not a customer. read more

If I could I would rate this store a "0"!!! The personal are rude, cold and could care less if you buy or not. Their attitude is "it is our way or there is the door, use it. I have never been treated so poorly. I have purchased from this store before, they have always been my go to eye ware store, but no longer. Do yourself a favor and find a store that will treat you as a valued customer! Europtics used to be a great store and my whole family bought glasses from them. Now Europtics has only great frames; their lenses are mediocre, their prices are extraordinary, their customer service spotty, and their salespeople are really pushy. During the first leg of my 40 hour journey home from Africa, my glasses unexpectedly broke at the bridge. Being virtually blind in foreign airports is miserable, and I was quite grumpy. After reaching us soil I called europtics who were very understanding and quickly worked to get me new frames. However, my frames had been discontinued. Other eyeglass stores would have told me I was SOL but europtics let me pick out any other frames free of cost. The whole process was so easy and stress free. Yes they are pricey, but the employees at the Briargate store provided incredible customer service. There was some confusion with my order, but the employees straightened out the problem in a very professional manner, worked out the glitches with my insurance, and left me one very satisfied customer. I own 4 pairs of glasses made by this Europtics store. So it was quite an annoyance to receive scratches within a month or two from getting my newest pair with a different prescription. I brought them back and they told me they would replace the lenses. A week and a half later I get the call that my lenses were fixed. They warn me how to wash my glasses (rinse the lenses first, use liquid soap, and dry with a cotton cloth). Like all my other pairs that don't scratch, i was religious about how I washed them. Another couple months later my lenses were again scratched. This time when I brought them in I questioned them on why they seem to be scratching so easily, they said they were not sure but would again fix my lenses. Here is where things turned south... I asked if maybe they could use glass lenses instead so the lenses wouldn't scratch so easy. Their answer: "We are not allowed to use glass lenses in glasses because the government (or the NTSB) won't let us... If you get into a car accident the glass could shatter into your eyes!" OK... I let it go, they were going to repair my lenses again. maybe the last couple of times they used bad plastic or something. So, less than a week later this time I get a call that they are finished. I Come to pick them up and get a warning that the way they had previously told be to wash my glasses was incorrect. You should rinse them first, ONLY use liquid lens cleaner, and ONLY use the microfiber cloth. They were now convinced the skin on my fingers was to blame for the scratches on my glasses. Somehow that lecture on hardness from intro geology creeped back into my brain.. "That is impossible that the skin on my fingers is harder than the eyeglass lenses" At that point the lady gave up trying to convince me of that lie and gave me my glasses back. It's been about a month now of washing the NEW way, and my glasses are again scratched. 2 stars because the other glasses I owned by them are OK. read more
