They agreed to do the work and scheduled us for two days after the call. The price quoted seemed reasonable. The handyman arrived early, examined the job, got the supplies, went right to work. It took some new lumber, used most of what was on the ground so that I didn't have to pay for a lot of unnecessary material, rebuilt the section, removed all the rotted wood and old concrete, reset the section in new concrete, painted the new wood, and this part of the fence is rock-solid. The Handyman did a terrific job and we'll definitely call them again when the next job comes up.

Unfortunately for me, they could not create the structure and would only provide the stone; so the owner of the company referred me to MFS Construction, guaranteeing Matt was the right & only choice to complete the job. Matt listened to my needs and provided valuable insights and suggestions throughout the entire process. His patience and communication skills were impressive, and he made sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with every decision we made. MasterCraft is a group of true, tested & qualified professionals in many different crafts…read more Initially Mike Garst devised a complex repair which involved building a supporting wall, removing & replacing rotted wood which was not supporting the walls where water had been coming in under the floor for years. Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Not all companies bring such dedication and integrity but MasterCraft is committed to professionalism and everyone is pleasant, qualified and a joy to work with.

Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).
