Their reputation is very important to them and they aren't the type of business that will try to have you break the bank on unnecessary repairs. Their full inspection diagnosis charge is right around $80 bucks. This is recommended before you make any rash decisions on repairs that aren't an immediate cause for concern. They have Covid measures in place to ensure you are kept safe. One of my favorites is the contact less car pickup -- they pick up your car, check it out and then send you pics of anything that raised any flags, share their advice and thoughts via text. You can certainly call for further clarification which they are more than happy to give. All in all, these folks are wonderful and do care about their customers. Will be using them in the future. Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell!
