On top of that you can tell he loves these cars and is an enthusiast. Upon picking up the car, he let me know they found another issue which he recommended me to go to dealer service for, not because he couldn't do it, but because he said it was covered under factory warranty so there would be no charge to me. He's a very honest and upfront businessman - not many other shops would do that. His work was so great I brought my vehicle in to him to install side steps a few days after. I made the mistake too many times of going to the dealership to have our Range serviced and every time regardless to whatever we went in for the invoice would always be well over 2k for basic maintenance. After the second trip to the dealership I told myself there had to be a better way of taking care of our vehicle. I remembered seeing Euro West when I worked across the street from at Dax Gallery back in 2014 and figured I had nothing to lose and that any place would be better than the dealership. Thankfully 11 years later they were still in business. Even the phone call to schedule service was 100x better. We got in the very next morning and they were ready for us to pick up by 1pm. Not only was it easy but also didn't feel like we were being squeezed or taken cost wise. By and large the most honest Land Rover service shop that I have come across. Went in for a service and had a great experience. Two weeks later I got a low coolant light and brought it back in. Mark and his team looked into the system and pressure tested it for free. They found no leaks, and so they corrected the coolant level and sent on my way at no charge. I live almost 200 miles from Euro West but only trust the service of my vehicles with Marc. Most recently had my 23-year-old Landrover repaired with multiple issues. Once again Marc and his crew did an outstanding job fixing my RRS. EPB fault and brake sensors were faulty. Cheers to Marc and his team replacing $40 parts instead of recommending a more expensive repair. The labor was separate but they saved me from having to replace more expensive components by really diagnosing the problem. As a business owner I usually refrain from posting any negative review online but the way I was just treated by Marc is unacceptable. I had him give me an estimate to repair rat damage to areas of my engine compartment. He left me a voicemail a few weeks after my visit. I had been traveling abroad for work and holidays and left a voicemail 3 weeks back to discuss the estimate. No call was ever returned back. I just called and was spoken to very rudely, told I wasted his time and was hung up on. Great place to take your Rover! Oil change for my diesel was half the price of the dealer. Also able to bring it in next day whenever I wanted. Mark is great! The dealers take so long. I recently brought my 2008 Land Rover LR3 in to Euro West Rovers when my old shop (TopEnd Motorwerks) closed it's doors for good. After a heavy rainfall, the floorboard on my front passenger side was soaked and I discovered that my sunroof drain tube had broken apart over time and had dumped all that water on the floor. When I called Euro West, they listened to my explanation and knew exactly what I needed and told me to head on in. They replaced my sunroof drain tube, lifted and dried/cleaned out the carpet so there would be no mold or wire damage. Took the day and was super fair price. No one who owns a Land Rover/Range Rover/Jaguar should be complaining about a service bill under $200. Looks like I found my new service shop, thanks guys! read more
