Do not ever go here unless you love getting conned! I visited this place to get my 4-wheel alignment serviced. Awaited for 3 hours, the service technician told me that I have (x2) worn-out camber bolts, and that I need them replaced or the rear driver-side alignment can not be performed. After viewing the service quoted, the quote was for over $1000!!!! They even spelled the word BOLT wrong as BOKT, and the 7030066 part number isn't even the correct part for my car. I searched for the exact bolts online, and the lowest I could find was $12 each, while the Firestone price was $129.99 each. I called them back, and they told me the quote was not a mistake and that it is what it costs. I took my car to a different Firestone tire and had my alignment done without ANY PROBLEM!!!!! The service technician told me the car is ready, and the before and after alignment printout was printed out for me without any questions. When I asked how my cam bolt condition is, they said there's nothing wrong with any of them. I am, never going back to this place again. read more

Great experience when getting a tire alignment on my Tesla Model S. I only had one day off and wanted to get it done, called multiple locations and none could fit me in same day except this location. Ended up being amazing! Andy took care of my alignment and went above and beyond. Fixed my alignment, reset my steering wheel (most places don't do this!) make a printout and explained to me what he did exactly. I've been coming to this location since 2000, when I first started my career at the County of Orange. Its close proximity to my workplace has always made drop-offs and pick-ups easy and convenient. During my most recent visit, the team took their time to explain everything, made thoughtful suggestions, and truly made the experience a positive one. Instead of recommending all four tires, they suggested replacing just two, along with a wheel alignment and two air filters--and even applied an online coupon to help us save. The Honda dealership was simply out of my son's price range, and Firestone not only offered a better deal but saved us valuable time. I took my 2001 Toyota Tacoma in because the A/C stopped working. The Firestone shop quoted me a repair bill of $2100 to change the A/C condensor, pump, hoses plus labor. Basically they wanted to replace the whole system. $2100 is half the value of my truck so I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to another shop and they fixed the leaky hose that was causing the problem and recharged the system with refridgerant for $300. The A/C is blowing ice cold and he gave me a warrenty for the work done. That mechanic said that Firestone was riping me off with that price and I totally believe him. These guys are a rip off and after nearly 20 years going to them I have decided to look elsewhere for car maintenance. Go to FCE Auto and A/C in Orange if you want an honest mechanic. read more

SERVICE IS BAD! I wish I could give this place -100. My tire was really low. It was at 30! I was getting a flat tire! due to a small nail I drove in here. Asked for help. Nobody was helping me, I was standing around. Onces they seen me,I ask if they could patch it, too big, too low so many excuse. automatic said is dangerous to patch a tire. We need to sell you a tire. I said can you put air so I can drive home? Manager said NOPE! Can't do it! I said I will pay for it and he said NOPE! They are more concerned about making you agree to the additional services for your car than what you originally came in for. They should first take care of your original reason you came in to fix instead of trying to find other perhaps unnecessary repairs. I understand this is part of their business model and most customers do as well but take care of original desired repair first! Sadly they lost a long time customer by making me wait over 3 hours for an oil change despite having an early morning appointment because they were more focused on finding the additional repairs than completing the oil change first! read more

My battery died right in front of their store. I needed a jump. I was excited to see the "complete auto care sign". Lucky me. I would gladly have paid for a jump, but unfortunately they told me they have no way to jump a car and that I would have to buy an entirely new battery from them. Ridiculous. This is my second time to use this place for my A/C and they are very professional great service. Special mention to the licensed technician Will who worked in my car found an electrical failure on the relay that needs changing. This is the place to be when it comes to A/C repair. They are honest, proficient and gets the job done on a timely manner. Since I live nearby, the office Manager Kevin even offered to have them take me home and pick me up upon completion of the work so I don't have to wait for 2 hours in the shop. Had a tire pressure issue yesterday March 23 2025 and was directed by the AAA tech that put air in the tire to take my car to this Firestone Auto Care since it was close to my location. The moment I drove in and was greeted by the service advisor named Kevin. What a pleasure to deal with Kevin, polite, helpful, great disposition. Having worked in an industry where I dealt with various vehicle repair shops and dealers he is by far the most helpful and just cordial. The tech took my car in the service bay found the bolt that was the nemesis to by tire and quickly made the repair.. Less than a hour from arriving I was on my way to my destination. The price was extremely reasonable to repair the tire. Experiencing an unexpected inconvenience and to have such nice help can made a day. My FM accepted a partial refund and offered to put in a request to have the parts replaced free of charge but she refused. I had some tires with low air pressure and went to a local gas station. The free air pump actually took air out of my tire cause the machine was malfunctioning. Went to this Firestone next door and received great quality service. Robbie was extremely helpful and very willing, even though it was a holiday in which others had off. It also helps that they are open on Sunday. The staff was friendly and professional. They were up front regarding everything they would do and the charges. It truly was a 10/10 experience. First off I am a woman, so going into auto shops is daunting. But all of the people I encountered at this Bristol Firestone location were amazing humans and better yet extremely skilled at their job! I drove in panicking because my 2015 Jeep Wrangler overheated and started spewing coolant and the check engine light and another scary red lightning bolt light came on. So I drove to the Bristol Firestone, and was taken in with so much understanding, care, and skill. They had my Jeep for only one day and repaired it back to great shape. I am beyond thankful for Jorge the manager and Will the technician. They are who you want handling your breakdowns let me tell you! I went into this Firestone to get an inspection for driving Lyft and was graciously welcomed into the shop by Luis. It was the day of the torrential downpour and we both marveled at the sheer volume of rain that was coming down. He let me chill in the shop for a while because it was raining so heavily. Came back the next day and dropped off the car at the appointed time. Sergio finished up 25 minutes ahead of schedule, just as I walking back from Aloha Hawaiian Barbecue (delicious food, massive portions), and I am now driving Lyft, earning a nice chunk of change. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my wife go in to get brakes looked at and it was a scam from the start. First told her that there was no warranty on the brake pads, even though we had pads done a few years prior. When they had the car looked at over an hour and a half later, they said that not only do pads and rotors need to be changed, but they also needed to change both calipers and have a brake fluid flush as they said brake fluid was leaking (it was not), all of which would cost $1200 plus. Once she refused service, as she needed to check for another opinion, Kevin changed his attitude completely, and became standoffish and left her waiting for the car for an additional 20 min. Had brakes looked at by another shop and only needed pads and rotors changed, calipers were completely fine and brake fluid was not leaking. Cost less than 1/4 of the price quoted by Firestone. Do not come here unless you want to be upsold and scammed. read more

I'm going to give 5 stars to Miguel. He is the best mechanic in the shop. Always requested Miguel to do Alignment on my truck since 2018 until now. Customer services were awesome and Miguel is the man. But I was there this morning and I really don't like the customer service they gave me. The man was helping me this morning was Luis. After I talked to him for my truck service. I felt like I don't want to come back this shop anymore. Service was really bad. I'm going to give the shop 3 stars only. Finally someone recommended an appointment and when I finally booked one systems were down and they couldn't see me. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I'm booking the appointment? Be VERY cautious going here. My brakes started making a grinding noise, so I had taken it to them because I thought it would be better than the dealer... boy was I wrong. Not only was the cost about the same as the dealer was saying it would cost to replace the brakes but they COMPLETELY lied to me about what needed to be done. They told me after their inspection that my rear brakes needed new pads and rotors as well as the front needed new pads and a refinished rotor. Thankfully my step dad is a retired mechanic and when I called to ask him if this was a fair price and normal he said how is your car that's only 1 year old with 25k miles on it needing all new brakes?! He told me to bring the car to him and he will look at it and replace the brakes for me. When my step dad got in there he said they completely lied to me. Yes my rear brakes needed to be replaced (which is still not normal normal and something is clearly wrong with my electronic brake equalizing system that is causing abnormal ware on my back brakes) but my front brakes were in fantastic condition, only 20% worn down and no where near needing replacement! They were going to charge me another $500+ to replace my front brakes even though they were completely fine! They totally thought they were being slick! I'm going to report them to the BBB because that is completely lying and cheating their customers! Been going to this place for quite a long time. Went there for a oil change. I made an appointment for 11am. I got there at 10:45am. They told me 2 hours. I go back at 12:45pm and I can tell my car wasn't even have been moved. I asked for my keys and told them I will take it somewhere else. So I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday to get nothing done. My point is what is the point of making an appointment when your car just sits there and not get done?
